Great stay! Perfect getaway. We love this humble home ♥️ ✅ Kumpleto sa gamit. ✅ Comfortable ang bed. ✅ Malakas ang wifi. ✅ Just a few steps from the sea 🤸 ✅ Maraming tindahan so may mabibilhan ka. ✅ May surfing board and foldable chairs na pwede gamitin. ✅ Responsive si host sa questions. For us, 10/10. Will definitely come back 💜💜💜☀️☀️☀️☀️⛱️

Clean & cozy home on the beachfront. The caretakers were very hospitable too.

The place is awesome for family wanting to have a private and quiet place to spend together. The usual busy hang-outs and restaurants are bit of a drive - but some of us wants exactly that. Having an awesome view of the beach and with a convenient but exclusive access to and fro the beach from the villa is good for those with kids. Plenty of space as well for the family and pets to roam around. Our furbaby enjoyed roaming around this pet friendly space. The house and space is IG flex worthy for those whose into that. Host and caretaker is easy to responsive and very responsive. Overall we would highly recommend this listing.

We had such a lovely stay at Tere and Ben’s place! They were incredibly accommodating and made us feel right at home. The room was cozy and perfect for a relaxing getaway. It's located in a peaceful, quiet area — great for a good night’s rest after a day of exploring. It’s also very accessible. Just a short walk or a quick 5-minute tricycle ride to the main tourist area in San Juan. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Thank you so much Angela and Aedriel for being very accommodating hosts! We loved the room at Sea Break and felt right at home. The place was exactly as described in the photos, and really gave us a bang for our buck! We travelled as a couple but the room can accommodate up to 6 or 7 people, so imagine how affordable it truly is. The place is a good distance from the main surfing area of La Union, so this part (Bacnotan) is for those who prefer peace and quiet -- like us! The beach is literally a 2-minute walk from the place, you could actually see the ocean from the veranda! It has a secured parking, too! The hosts were very friendly and always super responsive. We will definitely be back once we find ourselves in La Union again. Highly recommended!

This rental home in La Union is really a few steps away from the beach! Very thoughtful design for big groups. Good wifi, lots of charging ports in each room. They provide towels. There’s also a bidet outside to rinse off your feet before you enter the house. The 2nd floor room has beanbags with a beachview, perfect for hanging out! I appreciated Ms Lewe Joy and Ate Lanie’s help throughout our stay! Would recommend bringing only items you can carry, though they have someone who can assist you with bringing your items in. Pay parking is across the street.

Words cannot describe the location and the view and the serenity of this house. I could never tire of simply sitting there and looking over the sea.

We enjoyed a delightful Christmas at Cabana, along w/ our pets (cat & dog), making it a cozy celebration. The expansive garden facing the beach added to the charm, feeling like a piece of paradise. 🥹🫶🏼✨ Manang Veron, our caretaker, took care of us, even though we were initially hesitant to inquire about our cooking arrangements due to another family in the area. 🤣 Kit & Manang Veron patiently waited for our delayed arrival, as we were supposed to be there by 12NN but got caught in traffic, reaching at 5PM. 😅

Sir Chris was very accommodating, and I really appreciated how friendly he was. He even let us choose our preferred villa since we were the first to book the place. The place was so cozy and had that iconic feel, filled with memorabilia from 90s OPM band (Eraserheads). The loft bed also had a beautiful view of the ocean, which made the stay even more special.

overall a very lovely place. I will add this though to help the surfer. if your only there to surf, this place is a little far as you have to get public transport (or motorcycle) for 15 minutes or so to the south were the surfing is. but if surfing is not your only goal, this place is nice, and the food is good too.

Everything you need for a nice vacation is in here. Complete and spacious kitchen for big groups and lots of activities from beach, pool, video keeping, and even billiards. Not even a dull moment in this place.

Hosts were very kind and friendly and were proactive in asking what they could do or improve in the establishment. The view is stunning and the beach water was super clean that you could see fishes, starfishes and others. Our room was roomy and clean which we appreciated. Food was incredible. However, some items weren’t available which is understandable. There is still room for improvement, but for the amount of time that they have been operating it is understandable. My husband equally enjoyed the view and enjoyed the company of the hosts. He recommends adding a mini fridge to the room. 😅😅 Keep up! Definitely coming back soon.

Our recent stay at this incredible Airbnb was truly one for the books! From the moment we arrived, my family and I were blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality that greeted us. The cleanliness of the property was impeccable. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately put us at ease. The ambiance was simply delightful. The decor was tastefully done, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Location-wise, this place couldn't be better! Nestled in a not crowded area but, close to local attractions. Whether we decided to explore or just relax, we couldn't have asked for a better spot. Without a doubt, the hospitality and service provided by our hosts were exceptional. Ensuring we had everything we might require for a perfect stay. Overall, our Vacation was nothing short of spectacular! We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway, and we can’t wait to return for another stay. An easy 11 out of 10!

Safe parking space, all the staff were nice, and the unit is meticulously maintained! We had a great view while chatting with friends. The living room view was superb! Very nice to wake up with a sea view. And the beach is perfect for my 3 year old son - no strong waves!

Clean facilities, lush surroundings, relatively quiet neighborhood despite it being close to major establishments. This accommodation has its simple charms, it's recommended for solo travellers. if you're a digital nomad, the internet is reliable. The bathroom and toilet is shared so if that's not your thing then this place may not be for you but I assure you the facilities are squeaky clean.

This place was recommended by my friend who stayed there last time. It is indeed a nice and peaceful place to stay. It has access to the beach, where we enjoyed watching the sunset. The place is near the restaurants and other places you can visit while staying there. Sir Mark and his people, even the dogs, are so friendly and approachable. We didn't have a bad experience. Mark’s place is a lovely home for a staycation. The location is quiet and peaceful. It was easy to navigate to as well. Mark is also very responsive and accommodating, especially when I raised the one issue of a water leak from the bidet on the second floor bathroom - he immediately responded with having someone check it out. The home is relatively close to local shops, but I will caution that it is a bit of a walk (approx, 15-20 mins walk) to the beach as there is no direct path from the house. Otherwise, I would recommend if what you’re predominantly after is rest and relaxation.

Second time to book this place and will definitely consider again in the future. Host responded immediately to our queries since we booked the units during the typhoon Kristine. He gave updates on the actual weather conditions so we were able to still push through. Will surely comeback!
