A perfect spot to enjoy Asunción! This wonderful apartment is ideal for discovering the city from comfort and good taste. It has a quiet terrace, surrounded by vegetation, where you can relax without the hustle and bustle of the street. The bed is incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good rest after exploring the city. On the rooftop, spectacular views of Asunción await you: an ideal place to have a coffee in the morning or enjoy the sunset. I also want to highlight the attention of the building staff: always friendly, attentive and willing to help at all times. A special thank you to Tony, who made my stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely be back this year!

My husband and I stayed at Mauro's Airbnb and we loved it, we were impressed with the cleanliness and the view from the balcony. Everything is impeccable and the sunset is breathtaking. We went to resolve documentation and the location was great for what we needed, relatively close to the center and the malls. The Wi-Fi is great, the air conditioning works for cold and hot. We were very happy and satisfied with the accommodation and recommend it.

The place is impeccable, I loved it and would definitely come back. Everything was super cute and well taken care of. However, the landlady was not very friendly, did not give clear instructions and did not respond to messages. Despite that, the overall experience was good.

The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant to be in. It is located in a safe area of Asunción and the building has the necessary security in terms of controlled entry, parking and fire smoke sensor. I want to pause here to make a constructive criticism towards the tenants and future guests of the apartment...and that is to respect and not smoke inside the apartment since the fire alarm is super sensitive and is activated immediately. It happened to us twice and with the same person who was staying in front of our apartment, they smoked inside the rooms and the alarm was triggered late at night. Ruben's willingness to improve the condition was immediate and is appreciated; but as tourists we must collaborate in complying with the rules established for the bad time we can generate for other people

I spent a month in this apartment and felt very comfortable from the first day. The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, well equipped and very cozy. I would like to highlight the excellent communication with the host: fast, friendly and reliable. I was absolutely satisfied and would book this accommodation again at any time. Thank you for a perfect stay! Yes it was really perfect!

Moran was a great host—attentive, available, and helpful. Her apartment is a gem in the Recoleta neighborhood of Asunción. It has all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay and is just steps from Shopping Mariscal. My only criticism is that, while I was there, the shower lost hot water after a couple minutes of use. That being said, the weather was warm, so it was not a big deal. I’d gladly stay at Moran’s for future visits to Asunción, and highly recommend her spot if you’re in town!

Carolina was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The apartment was more spacious than in photos, and was very comfrotable. As mentioned in another post, there is noise in the bedroom from bars outside on Fri/Saturday night, so jusy be prepared to cover that sound if you are a lighter sleeper. The building is great, the pool area and view is amazing, and the location is very walkable and safe.
