Apartment holiday rentals in Luquillo

Spent a week at Melissa’s place. Description clearly matched condo. Condo was in a wonderful location many places within walking distance although we had a rental car to take advantage of exploring all Puerto Rico had to offer. The AC worked extremely well and she supplied all the necessities to enjoy the beach as well as cook at the condo. Felt safe in the area. Thank you again for opening your home to my family.

Loved staying here! The apartment was so comfortable and clean. The view was amazing. We had parking, good food, a beautiful place to stay, kioskos down the road for good food and memories we'll never forget. 10/10 I would recommend 🙂

We made the perfect choice. The stay matched the ad and was everything we were looking for. The location and access instructions were clear & concise and everyone from the parking attendants to security was pleasant, helpful and spoke English. I highly recommend.

This condo was perfect! It was incredibly clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed—and more. Plenty of beach towels, comfy beach chairs, and all the little extras that made our stay easy. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and organized. The host thought of everything! There were beach chairs, boom box, and many other thoughtful things. Appliances were new and clean. The condo appeared recently remodeled and we loved being able to come and go. Great location in Luquillo but it took us a day to remember how to get there. After the first day, it was great. Lots of walkable shops and restaurants. Thank you!

It’s perfect for peace and quiet. It’s small so would be great for a couple. It was clean and she was quick to respond messages.

This place was amazing, we felt safe (a family of 4) the whole time the coffee station was top notch. We went to the beach a few times during our stay and we had everything provided that we could have anticipated. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Food kiosks are within walking distance and open on weekends in particular.

Came here for my birthday week, the place is exactly like the photos. Everything listed in description was true! The view on the balcony was so beautiful along with the fun amenities. the space was cozy, I loved being close to the neighbors close by and feeling like I was at home. the bed was cozy- it was a full size bed i believe- but very soft and cushiony, the balcony space was beautiful and the outdoor pool was a lovely addition. I had a little trouble getting their, but not too much of an issue. Simelly explained things well. thank you for the beautiful home away from home!

I loved everything about this air bnb. It was absolutely perfect! It was amazing waking up in a big comfortable bed to such a gorgeous view! The A/c was so nice after enjoying a day at the beach which is literally steps away. Felt like home :)

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico! The location was perfect — close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Javier is a great host! Sunset at Park Villas is a very peaceful, clean, and freindly community. The apartmebt was great, comfortable, clean, very smartly decorated, and the second floor patio is such a nice little hangout spot after a long day! We will definitely be back! Gracias Javier! We absolutely loved the place. The view was amazing, it was close by to almost everything. Security was around so it made us feel safe in the little town. The beach was right around us, it was beautiful.

Very nice place to stay

Beautiful villa with an even more beautiful view! The villa is very spacious and clean! The pool is steps away (and so is the ocean), and we had the pool to ourselves the whole week. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants at the hotel. THE CASINO IS CURRENTLY CLOSED! We were very disappointed to find out it was closed for remodeling. The owner of the villa said he would update his listing since it currently says there is a casino on site. We hope to return once the casino is open.

Emmanuel was an amazing host. We exchanged messages several times before our stay and he gave very good directions and ideas and links for things to do since was our first visit to the island… we had an issue with a bathroom faucet and he was very responsive and someone was there to fix it the next day. The location is amazing as you are right across from the pool and very close to the beach entrance… and we loved the local chickens that wandered around. The community is gated and central to lots of places. You’re about 40 minutes from San Juan and 45 minutes to Farjado. Enjoy the sounds of the forest at night. We sat on the back patio several evenings listening. We had a great stay! Thank you Emmanuel for welcoming us into your place! We will be back again hopefully very soon!

Out of all the places we stayed on our trip, this was far and away our favorite. Not only was the place itself lovely, the resort was exquisite. The infinity pools were incredible!

This place had everything we needed and the Hot Tub was such a great amenity. Luis even helped me extend my stay due to my user error of not checking the correct check out day. Forever grateful how easily he worked with me so I wasn’t scrambling to find another place. It was super easy to get Uber rides to anywhere we needed. Slept great through the night and the black out curtains were amazing. Thanks for the stay Luis. 10/10.
