Beautiful place for a staycation with friends and family. the kids enjoyed so much during the stays. is clean, beautiful surrounding, easy to communicate with the Mr.Koolhaus and the house is fully equipped with all the necessity. will be back again for another stay.

Overall, it was an excellent experience staying at jian lin's place. However, my friends and I were delayed check in due to water recession issues which are out of their control, but big ups to Jian Lin and Mr Rajan for handling the situation swiftly and accommodated us as best as they could. We went on with the stay and they provided enough water supply for the night. Reliable host indeed. Complete amenities (mostly provided as listed) and nice ambience around the woods. Definitely recommended for large groups that loves to take a break from the bustling city. Cheers.

I boked it since i needed a place in Bentong based on the location on Airbnb website. I went there and fount myself in middle of street! Contacted the owner and they sent me the location which is half an our drive (25km away)! why would you put a wrong location on the website? But the place in itself is a nice place as described in the website. But in the midle of nowere, for those who want a quite vecation out of the city.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. IMHO it's got the best balcony view among the other stays in the area. Other than that it's always clean, tidy, homey, inviting and super relaxing. Lots of really comfortable seating furniture, pillows, cushion, chairs, outdoor tables, 3in1 coffee sachets...... all the essentials during these lazy trips up Frasers Hill lol. Yen is a responsive host and always gives clear instructions. Highly recommended. Will stay again.. and again....

A truly unforgettable stay — highly recommended! The house was exactly as described — clean, peaceful, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It has a beautiful garden full of plants and flowers that made us feel connected to nature again. The retro style of the home gives off a nostalgic charm that adds to its unique character. What truly made our stay special were the hosts — incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. We had such a great time chatting with them and listening to their stories and life experiences. They’re amazing musicians too! It was such a blessing to hear the host play the guitar. Moments like that made the stay feel extra meaningful. Every little detail reflected their care and hospitality, making us feel right at home. It was a perfect stay in every way. 10/10 ☆ Would definitely come back if we’re ever in Bentong again! A Serene Retreat: My Unforgettable Stay at Embun KKB Villa Highly recommended nestled away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Embun KKB Heights Villa is a hidden gem. Surrounded by lush greenery, the melodious chirping of birds, and the soft murmur of a nearby stream create a symphony of that soothes the soul, it provides an immediate sense of calm. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to truly unwind and reconnect with yourself and the natural world. The host was an absolute delight, patiently answering all of our doubts, no matter how trivial they seemed. Suggestions, the barbecue area currently it is an open - air space, which makes it unusable during rainy days. And the pillows felt a bit uncomfortable and the blankets, while cozy at first glance, seemed to lack warmth on cooler nights. Upgrading to better quality pillow and blankets would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the stay.

Located in the middle of Bentong town. This house itself is unique, comfortable and clean. The interiors capture the essence of Bentong's nostalgia and nice decorated.
