We loved this apartment. It is very close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, parks, etc. the location is very quiet and safe. The apartment had everything we needed and the AC was great to have. Thanks Magalli for being very responsive and helpful! We would definitely recommend.

Araceli's accommodation was just like the photos shown in the publication, very comfortable and pleasant. The sector in the mornings is a bit noisy due to the passage of cars, but nothing serious... The place is close to Miraflores and it is very easy to have access to different tourist sites. In our case, we had to store our suitcases until we could pick them up at night to go to the airport. She allowed us to coordinate with a person from the complex to take care of them in the meantime. I would definitely return to this apartment, for its amenities and its view...

Everything is very good and a very cozy space, teak of everything

We loved Elena's place. I felt very safe as a single woman traveling and when my daughter joined, we found lots of beautiful walking and restaurants to enjoy. I would definitely stay again. Miraflores was a lovely area of Lima.

During my stay, Sharon was always attentive to the questions I had. The accommodation was impeccable and has a nice view. It's a great place to break out of the routine and find peace. It's close to a full supermarket. To be recommended!

Very good attention, reception, location, 100% food you can go out and enter 24/7 in case you go to dinner or some nearby bar, the pool and jacuzzi give a plus to the stay with a good view and the clean sun that cheers the day, close to go to the beach, it has everything in the dpto, large bed, 2 tvs Smart grande, equipped kitchen, refrigerator and Omar always attentive to any questions or queries, I would definitely come back to stay there, recommended. 🙌

I thank Alvaro and his mom for allowing me to make some changes to make better use of our stay. So as a family allowed us to enjoy their apartment, the apartment is big and with everything you need. I recommend it.

Good place and good location for foreigners!

Great apartment just close to Park Kennedy and right in the centre of Miraflores. Good size, and all the amenities you need for a week or so. Nice cafes and restaurants close by too. Would recommend! Thanks Cecilia!

Very nice flat, well stuff in the kitchen, laundry in the basement of the building, well deserved by public transport but due to the strategic point on the Avenue, it’s very noisy even from the 8th floor.

Very good apartment, everything works perfectly for long stays. The building has very good amenities such as a movie theater, gym, pool, swimming pool. To go to Miraflores by Uber, it's about 10/15 minutes and it costs about 4 USD. We would return to the apartment

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Amazing view from both main bedroom and living room. Lots of space in the bunk room. WiFi worked great & the building is very safe. I stayed with my family including 2 children and we had no issues. Host are very responsive and gave very detailed instructions for everything. Would recommend and would stay again.
