We really enjoyed this little place. It's a little back from the street, so very quiet for Lima (and Barranco). There is a small terrace and everything you need to cook. Great location too, a few minutes walk from the center of Barranco on one side and Miraflores on the other side. The accommodation is clean and the bed comfortable (relatively firm). There are some small details that could be renovated in the property, but nothing we didn't like. The staff at the entrance to the building is very welcoming, they helped us with our luggage and we felt very safe. Check-in was very easy too and they even allowed us to leave our luggage at the entrance before check-in time, which allowed us to go to check in without our suitcases before entering the accommodation.

Fabulous apartment & lovely friendly host. - But don’t hang your washing on balcony- sadly we had pay a $100 fine given by the property. Luis tried to appeal this however it our own fault for not reading the instructions clearly.

Exactly like the pictures with a great ocean view. Clean spaces and with everything you need. I would recommend, specially for this price because you get a full apartment with 2 suites. Great and easy communication with the host!

Super cute apartment with amazing views, perfect for solo traveler or two people! The rooftop is definitely the highlight—you get a stunning panoramic view of Lima on one side and a gorgeous beach and pool view on the other. The apartment itself is cozy and cute. The neighborhood is okay- not much happening in the immediate area, but it’s a nice spot if you’re looking for a more relaxed vibe. The host was very accommodating and communicative, which made the stay even smoother.

The house was very nice, quiet place where you can rest and relax with the sound of the waves of the sea, we had a great time with the family and Mariana was very attentive at all times with the clear indications and recommendations of the place, she would definitely return.

Absolutely loved our stay in this gorgeous loft in Barranco, Lima. The hosts were truly amazing- so warm, welcoming, and helpful throughout. The loft itself is such a beautiful space, filled with character. It’s bright and airy, with so many windows and doors letting in natural light and fresh air- you really feel like you can breathe here. Whenever we needed anything, Matthais, dulce and Diego were always available to help out. The sleeping arrangement was also super cute, and the beds were incredibly comfortable - perfect for sinking into after a day of exploring. The whole place has an artsy charm to it that makes you feel inspired and at home at the same time. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful stay in one of Lima’s most vibrant neighborhoods.

We stayed for a few nights in Michelle’s incredible unit. It’s an amazing location, a very home-y unit, and a great place to be for a few nights. Michelle is a very kind host, I’ll definitely be back again!

The apartment of Renee and Marion is spectacular, overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and super well-equipped rooms. It is too incredible that each room has its own bathroom and additional has a guest bathroom, I think that Allow guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is more temperate because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

The place is ideal for a group of friends. The kitchen island invites you to have talks with others while you cook and there are all the necessary implements. The rooms are comfortable and we really liked the decor, it is very cozy. The house is very comfortable and the patio gives it a plus. The only problem was that there was no hot water and we had to heat up water and also the delivery of the key was a little complicated as it required us to assume some costs to have it, but nothing really opaque Roxana's great attention. We really recommend the place and appreciate Roxana's kindness and flexibility.

Ines is a very nice and attentive person, she was always on the lookout for us...before, during and after. Her house is a wonder, there is a tranquility and the spaces are spacious, the truth is that her house is much more wonderful than in the photographs, the area is very safe and easily accessible...if you want to rest from the hustle and bustle of the city of Lima and recreate the view looking at the intense sea. I recommend it 1000 times and I will already schedule my stay at home again... thank you Ines for your attentions.

Stayed a month at the place. The apartment in San Miguel is in a convienent location for tourist. 20 min from Miraflores a tourist hotspot, and 10 min from San miguel plaza a nice large shopping mall that has all you need there. My partner and I spent alot of time shopping and eating there during our stay. The apartment has nice security staff that are well aware of Airbnb and will assist the best they can. The pool is closed on Mondays and from 12 - 2. As well as the Gym from 12 -2 every day. Security has to be there I believe, which was not ideal at times. You have to get used to that schedule. The hotwater for the shower you must flip a switch an hour before use, then turn off after. The hotwater may not last that long either, but good enough to wash off and save water. Host was available to message consistently if there were any problems and thus was able to have a good time here.

Great spot in Barranco, situated between the main plaza of Barranco and Miraflores. Easy 15 minute walk to tons of restaurants around the plaza in Barranco, less than 10 minute walk to the coast. Great spot, would definitely stay again.

If you are wanting a very convenient and Excellent location that is Safe, walkable, ect, I would highly recommend Patty’s apartment. The apartment has a great rooftop, excellent amenities, great staff, clean, and overall a great apartment. The host Patty is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well and is super responsive to any needs or concerns you might have!! Again, I would highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Barancco! This apartment really made my Lima trip so much better!

Good place and good location for foreigners!

Yuly’s place is unique and comfortable. She was such a sweet and responsive host! She gave plenty of recommendations for things to do and restaurants to try! She always made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay! Her place is special and has all the necessary amenities plus more! We had plenty of water and juice, soda, beer, and champagne waiting for us. Also snacks! The jacuzzi is a great bonus, and the patio is peaceful. I would love to book with her again.

I would stay there again, very comfortable, very spacious and above all, the good atmosphere inside the rental facilities

Ricardo was an absolutely fantastic host. He was very proactive and gave very clear instructions on how to check in, use the electronics, etc. He even touched bases with us in the middle of our stay to check if everything was fine. His place was very clean and had a central location so it was easy to get around. One of the best stays we've had using this app!
