Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Lusaka

Honestly the most incredible stay. As someone who previously lived in Zambia and was looking for a quiet but more bush experience but modern enough for little inexperienced me to survive (hot water, WiFi, etc) this was perfect. I cannot express the beauty of this place and the pictures could never do it justice. Yes it’s out of the way but it’s not too far out. I’d recommend stopping for food supplies on route because it is far out enough to not want to settle then get in the car again to get dinner. Also shop in town - better suited to international purchases. The shops closer to the place are less so (minus butchers block and the pantry). Try Zambean coffee / sugar bush for a nice breakfast! I’d also recommend a car suitable for dirt roads although our temporary corolla made it just fine. The floors are slippery and yes I had a heart attack when my aunts kids came over so perhaps something to consider but we survived. We saw zebra and kudu etc all came right up to the house!

Great location. Everything is a short drive away especially East Park Mall, Manda Hill Mall and a variety of restaurants. There is a communal kitchen. However, due to the power outages, this probably your best option for Airbnb. There are solar panels so you don't feel the power outages as much. I will add the staff present are helpful and if there's anything they can't sort out, Kevin does.

Gina was a wonderful host, always answering messages promptly and making sure we had everything we needed. The house is very comfortable, and the location is nice with a pleasant 25min walk through the university campus to shops and restaurants at East Park Mall. I would stay again!

if you use Google maps easy to find. you need private transport or Bolt to get somewhere. but that's just looking do find anything negative. ;-) .. overall more than happy. everything and more was there in kitchen and bathroom. we will be back!

Emily's house was the perfect base for us in the south of Lusaka. Beautiful garden area, extremely spacious rooms and kitchen - even solar back up power. Very easy and kind communication. Highly recommended!

Our stay couldn't have been more spectacular. It was a perfect balance of being within close proximity to Leopard Hill's top restaurants/markets and the serenity of being out at a world-class African bush lodge. The interiors were absolutely beautiful, the house was pristine and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Linda was communicative, provided guidance as needed, and was responsive on-demand. I couldn't have ask for a more wonderful place to stay, everyone was truly above and beyond!

The welcome we got was something have never experienced before.The Physical sustainance was 100% enjoyable and indeed it was home away from home.The place both inside and out was as advertised,so beautiful. I can't wait to go back!

Everything was great! Brenda was very attentive and responded in a timely manner. I spent 23 days in Kingsland and the staff made me feel like family. The place was very secure. A special thanks to Brenda, the women that serviced the apartment & especially Mr. Shedrack the grounds keeper.

Really nice Airbnb, clean inside and out, with security. Host is very responsive and considerate as our check in was quite late. Nicely decorated, would definitely visit again. Things to note: location - you will need a car to get around which we did have but may be difficult if you don’t. property - the property is one of six in the same yard but is spacious for privacy. electricity - the property has a generator / solar panels and a gas stove which was useful when load shedding occurred.

I highly recommend anyone looking for short or long stay accommodation to really try Grace's place. the apartments are clean, beautifully decorated and stocked with basic amenities a traveller may need. Grace is a wonderful host, very responsive, accommodating and flexible. Her house keepers are also on the premises, and always on hand to help when need arrises. i honestly have nothing negative to say, and I look forward to coming back for a longer stay.

At first we encountered some issues but Anna was very quick to respond and fix all our concerns! The checkin attendant Enoch & Anna’s friend Favour were also very welcoming and helpful too Overall the hospitality was exceptional!

We absolutely loved our staycation here . It’s very rare to find an Air bnb that put in the extra effort to ensure you have a hotel experience while at the same time ensuring it feels like home. The place was very clean, well-maintained, and peaceful, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area with the pool was a highlight. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a comfortable and serene experience. We will definitely be returning!

The property is very nice, comfortable, clean. Excellent security and internet. 4km away from a modern shopping mall - Lewanika. Above all the host is exceptionally friendly, the best I have seen. I am looking forward to coming back again

Phoebe, Brian and the rest of the family were great hosts who were very welcoming and friendly, always keen to ensure we were comfortable and lacked nothing. They supplied fresh fruit and yoghurt on arrival and smoked chicken sausages one evening. The farm house style guest wing was adequately furnished and situated in a lovely green garden complete with swimming pool. It was a very peaceful environment. A word of warning to those relying on Google maps to direct them to the location. It led us by a route through a neighbour's yard which was blocked off by a fence. But Phoebe was on hand by phone to help direct us. Despite the acute Zesco lead shedding while we were there Phobe was able to ensure that we had fans and lights etc t from alternative power sources. We would definitely recommend Phoebe's place to other Airbnb users.

Amazing experience and host

The place is in a great location, close to supermarkets and very safe. Communication with the host was really easy and they were very helpful. Only slight issue we had was the wifi wasn’t quite strong enough for our needs (I work online) so we did use a lot of data. Otherwise a good stay!
