My stay at Mayase's was amazing. I felt like never going back because it felt just like home. It's a place I am definitely coming back always when I am in town.

I had a very good stay at Bernadette’s place. The home was just as described — clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a pleasant visit. The location is lovely, with plenty of nice places to eat nearby and several farm shops where you can pick up fresh produce, which was a great convenience. One of the key benefits was the solar panel setup. Despite the current power challenges in Zambia, there were no issues with electricity during my stay, which was a big plus. Bernadette and her siblings were very responsive to all our requests, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the stay. It made the experience much more comfortable and hassle-free. Overall, it was a comfortable stay, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful place with easy access to amenities.

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly responsive! The place was very clean and cleaners came every day which was very important to me as we were a group of 11. And the solar backup was a plus. Would definitely recommend the property! It is worth your money.

We had a wonderful two week stay at this house. It is a large, pleasant three bedroom house - the master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and a great canopy mosquito net which is very helpful in the rainy season (we sprayed the other rooms for mosquitos before going to bed as they didn't have nets). The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook for yourself, which we really appreciated. The garden is even more impressive - it's huge, beautiful and full of lovely plants and flowers. The house has a nice patio with patio furniture so you can sit or eat outside and enjoy the view of the garden. There's also a braai stand - perfect for barbecuing in the sun. A beautiful, peaceful oasis in the middle of the city. The only issue we had was that the solar power backup system wasn't working when the power went out, but hopefully this will be fixed soon. The house is a 30 minute walk or 5 minute drive from East Park Mall & Arcades Mall on Great East Road, and even closer to Foxdale Mall. There is a caretaker on site, and a cleaner who come regularly, and they were both very friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return the next time we are in Lusaka. Very lovely accomodation. The host was friendly and quick to respond when we required assistance. Everyone in the complex was very kind and willing to assist when needed. Great property manager;Mr Vincent, he was always just a call away and ready to help. We loved the room sprays, they were very fragrant and lovely. Overall, a great stay.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and I can say this is such a beautiful apartment. It is so spacious and clean. The ppl who work on the property are so friendly and accommodating too which I loved. Helen is so helpful and proactive with anything you require. I arrived quite late and needed water urgently and she managed to arrange a contact who could deliver water to me. The pool and gym is where I was spending the majority of my time to keep fit during my stay. I highly recommend this place because it is clean and the security is top notch so if you are new to the area, you actually have nothing to worry about on this property. Also, because of the beautiful trees on the property, you hear the birds chirping in the morning around their nests and is so refreshing to wake up to each day.

At first we encountered some issues but Anna was very quick to respond and fix all our concerns! The checkin attendant Enoch & Anna’s friend Favour were also very welcoming and helpful too Overall the hospitality was exceptional!

We wanted some where secure, clean and in a peaceful area and this exactly what we got. Given the power situation in Zambia this year. The inverter did the job automatically with a need for us to do anything and there was also a gas cooker readily available for cooking purposes. I was especially pleased that the fridge/freezer and other kitchen appliances worked with the inverter as other places do not provide this . The Property Manager Mary was super responsive there was a slight problem shower head and offered to send a plumber through at our Convenience Same to other issues, Very friendly, helpful and flexible it was a good choice and if chosen would be one you would not regret. We had amazing experience and it was worth it beautiful house Thank you Emma

Junaid's place was incredibly new, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities (gym, pool, pool house) are great too. The location is good for accessing all of Lusaka, particularly the airport and the Eastern suburbs of the city.

I would definitely go back, Enoch was such a great host very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

The entire location was great extremely clean, and was very safe, everything that you would want was there and and near proximity. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here and it felt just line home!

This place is definitely a home from home comfort I highly recommend a stay you won't go wrong, if your a swimmer make sure to point this out before you book, so the pool can be maintained during your stay.

The place is very lovely and really clean. Beautifully furnished and all the listed amenities were available. It was wonderful to have overnight security, and the ladies were amazing getting the place cleaned. Will definitely stay there again.
