Holiday rentals with a patio in Luserna San Giovanni

Excellent stay in this beautiful cottage offered by smiling and friendly hosts. We were able to enjoy the many activities offered nearby (skiing, skating, cinema, visit to Briançon, thermal baths, etc.). The house is very comfortable, tastefully furnished and the view day and night is truly exceptional. The ski area is huge and the infrastructure is of good quality. All supervised by smiling and caring staff despite the crowds.

Very cozy, large apartment over the entire 1st floor of an old house down in the valley on the street, yet quiet. Good starting point for trips to the rear valley or up towards Sampeyre. Balcony along the entire length of the house to the rear, the Maira rushing deep below. Great old wooden floor, beautiful mix of old and new furniture. The house has a lot of atmosphere, I especially liked the kitchen. Kitchen well equipped. Information material for hikes is also available. Very nice stay!

The house is in a great location to get around both by car and on foot, Renato is an exquisite person who is always available and offers everything he can. Definitely worth going back on your next visit to Turin!

The apartment is beautiful and equipped with every comfort. Since Turin has so much to offer (thanks also for the very useful tips!) we did not spend much time at home, also because it was very easy to get around on foot/by public transport. Had a wonderful stay in Petronilla for a week. Spacious and clean, beautiful well maintained garden and many places to sit, both inside and outside to recover from a day in Turin. Car behind the electric gate and for Turin itself, the bus with a stop in front of the gate is ideal. Warm welcome by Alvise and daughter and further communication via email works very well. Worth repeating, especially with Turin as a beautiful city

We were very satisfied with our stay at Tiziana's house. The hostess met us very hospitably and was always responsive to our requests. The house is very cozy, every detail strikes, everything is thought out to the smallest detail. Comfortable sleeping places, all bathroom amenities, including bathrobe and slippers were in our location. We can safely say that breakfast is included in the price, as in addition to coffee and tea there were many different sweets, yogurt and even a bottle of champagne, which we enjoyed opening on New Year's Eve! They say how you celebrate the New Year, you will spend it. We met this year in a beautiful place!!! Thank you so much Tizania!

We stayed with my daughter for 3 nights Upon our entry in Federica’s house we were greeted by her mother Surprisingly the fridge was filled up with breakfast staff and every morning fresh croissant and bread was delivered The house is very tidy and clean you get everything what you need Federica is very responsive and gave us good advices about the restaurants If I come to Torino again I know where I will certainly stay

Beautiful traditional house, with beautiful spaces, very well renovated, very charming. Quiet, close to Dronero and all its shops, including great restaurants. Val Maira is right next door and allows for beautiful walks. Friendly welcome from Alice and the neighbor is lovely. The rental price is very good. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay- will visit again! Peaceful, clean, quick to respond. Loved it and wished we had stayed longer! Only a 5min drive into town with plenty of restaurants bars cafes markets etc.

A stunning apartment- light, cool, spacious- in the centre of the city, with a beautiful terrace to sit outside in the fresh air, a huge treat to start and end the day with morning coffee and late night drink. Very nice appartment, we loved the terrace. All shops and great restaurants within 5 minutes walk, supermarket also close by, 3 minutes by car, very convenient. Great spot to explore Turin (15 minutes by car, or otherwise by train or bus), and the highlights of the region (castles, palaces of Stupigini, Veneria Reale and Racconigi, Sacra di San Michele, Superga, wines regions of Barolo, Alba and Asti..) Easy communication with the host, flexible arrival with the internet code. Would very much recommend. Many thanks!

Our 12-day stay in Gianfranco's apartment was great! After we noticed how the electronic opening of the doors went, it was super easy! The portal of the complex was clean just like the apartment! The terrace was very spacious and a table with two chairs was present. Very pleasant to have breakfast and drink coffee in the morning. Very convenient was the supermarket and nice eateries nearby. All in all, a top stay in Turin.
