Located uphill in the area of Lia, Minerva is a private property just a short drive away from the sandy beach, providing magnificent sea views over the Aegean Sea thanks to its elevated position amidst the Mykonian countryside. Great use of space has been adopted in the design of the property, especially so on the terrace around the clear waters of the infinity-edged private pool. An extensive pergola covers most of the outdoor spaces and caters for any mood or time of day with its stylish al fresco dining table and a grandiose cushioned summer sitting area with two built-in coffee tables.
Minerva offers you the chance to get away from it all in a serene and homely environment. The property is air conditioned throughout for your comfort and has satellite TV if you want to take it easy in the evening and watch a movie. As well as the swimming pool with views to ‘wow’ you, there’s a jetted tub outside providing another way to relax in your idyllic villa.
Decorated in calming shades of white, your villa is complemented by attractive wooden furniture and thoughtfully placed artifacts. The entrance level, with its direct access to the pool terrace, features the cozy living room and functional kitchen.
The upper level hosts Minerva’s master bedroom with its king size bed and enchanting ocean view. The property’s four guest bedrooms are located on the lower level of the property, two of which are part of the main house and two further rooms with separate access. All bedrooms contain modern comforts such as en-suite bathrooms and air-conditioning.
If you’re travelling in a group of more than 10, there’s the possibility to rent Minerva’s sister property Athena which is very close by and is packed with all the same discerning taste and amenities. Make the most of your stay at Minerva by lounging on the nearby beach at Lia (4km away) or just spending time with the ones you love splashing around in the pool and creating memories that will last a lifetime. If you’re looking for a bit of adventure during your time in Mykonos, yacht charter is available at an additional cost (advance notice is required).
