With over 60 feet of direct beach front access on San Diego’s exquisite Mission Bay, it won’t be long before you feel that soft warm sand between your toes. To make the most of its prime location and outstanding views, this contemporary estate home has plenty of indoor and outdoor living space, complemented by floor to ceiling windows throughout.
Everything indoors is designed to frame the view so seating areas are perfectly placed and the stylish furniture blends effortlessly into the soft-hued background. Ceiling fans and marble and hardwood floors will help you keep your cool while gorgeous granite and stainless steel kitchens exude understated luxury.
Palm-fringed views of picturesque Sail Bay can be appreciated from most rooms and there are multiple internal and external living and dining areas to take advantage of the year-round climate. Treat your guests to a gourmet meal in the 8-seater dining area before gathering around the fireplace or TV, or savor a starlit barbecue on the patio and watch the fireworks dazzle and pop over Sea World.
At the end of a carefree day, you can dream up your next adventure as you drift off to sleep. All four bedrooms are designed with peace and comfort in mind and there are televisions in each room. Step out onto the balcony and admire the view from the second-floor Master bedroom which is graced with a king size bed, walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with shower and jetted tub. Bedroom Two and Four are fitted with queen size beds and Bedroom Three features a king size which can be replaced with 2 twin beds on request. On the third floor, Bedroom Four boasts a desk and access to a rooftop deck.
Getting here is easy. If you plan to drive there’s a 2-car garage on the property, and San Diego International Airport is just 8.5 miles away. Mission Bay Park is the West Coast’s largest aquatic man-made park, with miles of walkway paths for pedestrians and cyclists. Plan your vacation around sporting events or take the kids kite-flying. Sea World is a 3 mile trip and it’s only 4 miles to La Jolla. Beach life is also buzzing with activity – enjoy boat cruises, sailing, surfing and water skiing right on your doorstep. Mission Beach is half a mile and it’s 2 miles to Pacific Beach or 4.5 miles to Ocean Beach.
