100% private/individual hut. Outdoor area shared with another cabin and our family (pool and garden). It has a full kitchen, fridge with freezer, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, Italian coffee maker, complimentary coffee powder, sugar and salt. The kitchen has all the utensils. There are 2 bedrooms, the upper one with a king size bed and TV. The one below has a double bed. Living room and a bathroom. Swimming pool, outdoor garden, portable barbecue grill. Extra mattresses.

Abrace a simplicidade neste lugar Tranquilo e bem-localizado. Alugo porão ( parte de baixo de uma residência) localizada perto do centro, igreja matriz, Colégio Estadual com ótimas referências. Acomoda perfeitamente 3 ou 4 pessoas, porém não é aceito crianças e cães por nao haver espaço . Luzerna está em plena evolução e a qualidade de vida é realmente muito boa. Obs= tem móveis, porém tem somente uma cama de casal.
