Masaryk Apartment

A few steps from the historical center of Český Krumlov, in a well-maintained villa from the First Republic, we offer a spacious, sunny, newly renovated apartment for sleeping and relaxing. The villa is located in a quiet location and has its own parking space for residents. The apartment is located on the top floor and is stylishly furnished to satisfy demanding guests, but the interior also remains true to the original style. Do you want to have a good breakfast in the morning? For a small fee, we will arrange a PERFECT BREAKFAST in a cafe just around the corner!!

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Naše chata

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

Hledáte dokonalý únik do přírody, a přitom kousek od města? Malý domeček se nachází v nádherné zahradě pouhých 5 km od Českých Budějovic. Je to ideální oáza klidu pro páry, rodiny s dětmi i nadšené cestovatele, kteří chtějí objevovat krásy Jižních Čech. Celý prostor je doslova obklopen zelení, a tak si užijete soukromí a relax. 🐾 Psi jsou vítáni 🔥 Venku: plynový gril, ohniště a kryté posezení 🛋️ Uvnitř: ložnice, koupelna, plně vybavená kuchyň ⏰Odjezd (check-out) je u nás až ve 12:00!

Útulná rybářská chatka u lesa a rybníka, kde čas plyne pomaleji. Ráno si užijete klidnou snídani na piknikové dece, projížďku na loďce a během dne se osvěžíte pod solární sprchou nebo si odpočinete v hamace s výhledem na západ slunce. Nově u nás najdete i soukromou saunu na dřevo – ideální rituál pro prohřátí těla po celém dni. Večer vás pak zahřeje praskající krb nebo ohniště pod širým nebem, zatímco nad hlavou tiše poletují netopýři. Ideální místo pro chvíle ticha a útěk do přírody.

Chata Blatnice u rybníka Kozák je skvělá zašívárna pro všechny, kdo potřebují dobít baterky uprostřed přírody. Hledejte po lesích svůj ztracený klid, přečtěte si knížku, na kterou už dlouho nemáte čas, popíjejte kávu na verandě bez nutnosti dívat se na hodinky a svoji pravidelnou sestavu jógy odcvičte pro změnu na břehu rybníka. Nebo chatu vyměňte za svůj okoukaný home office a pusťte se do věcí, na které se ve městě nemůžete soustředit.

Suite with 2 BDR in Guard Tower built 1505- centre

Medieval Bastion built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle. Great for family, friends or 2 couples.
