It was a pleasant stay. Nice place and plenty of room inside the rental. The caretaker is also very nice and extremely responsive like the owner. The only downside that I can think of is the "spotty" wifi signal in the 2nd floor.

This place offers incredible value! Its location just off the main road makes it easy to get to the town center, which is a huge plus whether you're driving or relying on public transport. The apartment has everything you could need, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen and the option to purchase drinking water. Jojo is a wonderful host – so friendly, helpful, and a great source of information about the area. Highly recommend and I plan to return!

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Great place for a chill family staycation — a big house with a nice lay-out and spacious, well-stocked rooms in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciated the extras too, such as ample purified drinking water in a dispenser, a lot of kitchen towels, and an offer of laundry service. Appreciated the assistance from the friendly caretaker too :)

For the 3-day stay that my family and I have, Sir Joel and his wife made sure that we have a great stay. The house is huge enough for more than 10 people and true to his words/descriptions, the place is near to a lot of tourist attractions. Overall, a 10/10! ACJ secluded Oasis Commune village is a great place for a peaceful, quiet, and relaxing place with a unique house design. Khim is a great host, very responsive, & accommodating. able to cater our request, including an earlin in. Though its raining during our visit, we are still able to used the pool & basketball court. the kids like the stuff toys in the bed. kitchen needs & entertainment in the house are available. Thanks for the warmth accommodation.

Miss Nadia was very helpful. Communicated with us all throughout and made sure we have what we need. Days before the date of check in, she messaged us to check if we have any special requests. We had a good time at ms nadia's home. It was very spacious and was able to accomodate my family. Will definitely recommend and we may book again if situation permits!

Sir Normand was a wonderful host, he catered all our needs with swift action. He’s hospitable and friendly, just what a host should be. As for the place, it’s beautiful! This was my second time staying at this wonderful townhouse Airbnb, and once again, my family and I had a fantastic experience. We've come to really appreciate the layout and amenities of this property. The open-concept living area is perfect for our family to gather and spend quality time together. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare meals at home. And the bedrooms provide ample privacy and comfort for everyone to get a good night's sleep. One of the best things about this townhouse is the convenient location. It's situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood, but still just a short drive away from all the restaurants, shops, and attractions we like to visit.

Im glad to have found Ellen’s place in Lucena City. I will not think twice to book it again when I come back for a long stay. Good location as it is near SM mall - where you can buy groceries and eat in restaurants. The kitchen was filled with the basic stuff (mineral water, milk, fruits & frozen food in the fridge, and even at least 5kgs of rice!). These, and gallons of purified water, as well as the toiletries were refilled every week, or upon request. No extra charge for the consumption! There was weekly cleaning too. The caretaker Ms Aiza (Ellen’s niece) is easy to contact and very accommodating with our requests, especially that I brought my baby during the trip. They provided us with baby tub, bottle cleaners, extra lamps and chairs. Ms Aiza was also generous to drive and drop me off daily to the city center. They also provided a water cooler in the living room so that we can be more comfortable. Happy with our stay, felt at home. The hosts were very empathetic with guests.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Dinalupihan! The place was clean, spacious, and it was a big plus that each room had its own bathroom. It was very comfortable for our group. The only minor issue was that the pin provided in the instructions was a bit misleading, it took us on a different route. Thankfully, we were able to contact the caretaker who kindly guided us to the right location. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Good location especially after spending your day at Enchanted Kingdom where you wanted to rest asap! haha! You can also see the fireworks from her place. Aileen is very responsive and helpful with our concerns. We didn't have a hard time communicating. :)

We're composed of 3 couples that attended a wedding at Tagaytay Highlands. If you're looking for a place to stay near the said venue and will be booking as a group also then we highly recommend Ms. Cha's place! We requested to have access to all 3 rooms and Ms. Cha graciously approved our request. Listing is accurate, environment is peaceful, and there's also enough parking space to accommodate 2-3 cars. We requested in advance the towels but kindly bring your own toiletries because these will not be provided. Too bad we had to leave the next day after the wedding but my friends were able to try their videoke. The boys enjoyed lounging by the big couch din as they played their mobile games. We hope to be back next time for a proper staycation so we can enjoy more the other activities available within the place. Thanks again Ms. Cha and Ate Riza for welcoming and assisting us at your homestay! :)

The place was very accessible if you hail tricycles from SM City Lipa terminal. Heater works well. Wifi is very fast. Complete kitchen amenities. Was able to enjoy watching netflix during my stay. Ms. Kath, the cohost, was very responsive to my questions. Lots of stores inside the subdivision. Will definitely book again!!! 😊

Overall the place is very worth the price and the host is extremely accommodating and responds very quickly and politely with all of our inquiries. Really had a wonderful experience with this place. :) The host provided a very detailed check in guidelines which should already help you out with your initial queries including how to get to the place and how to get in with the unit. Additionally, I wanted to commend Ms Lenn for being truthful. She could have hidden the fact about the announcement of possible power interruption in the place to keep the paid booking but she chose to be transparent and honest about it with us. She also even offer a free extension of stay for any inconvenience a power outage may cause us. Luckily, there were no actual power outage during our stay. Still, we truly appreciate how kind and honest Ms Lenn is. The actual place is very spacious, even the whole neighborhood is so big and quiet as well. Really great place and affordable too! Thanks for having us!

Coleens place is nice, close to everything you need, a few walk to restaurants, pharmacy and laundromat. We enjoyed our stay plus the free parking which is very important if you have a car. And we felt safe as well. Ate the next door neighbor assisted us if we have questions. Also, Ms. Coleen is very responsive when we had some issue with WIFI. Thank you and we will definitely book here next time. Marie And Carl
