The farm is located 3 kilometers from a lake as well as 20 km from the ocean and Åhus beautiful beaches. Quiet and rural setting, with rolling fields outside the door. Small country roads invite bike excursions around the lakes in the area. In Kristianstad there is a rich variety of restaurants and shopping. Grocery store is 6 km away. Two people live comfortably and four live well. Two more can sleep in a sofa bed.

C4 shopping, Leo's lekland and JumpYard are 8 minutes away by car. 15 min by car there is also Badriket The buses run almost 24/7.
