Lymm Gem Family Guest House

Welcome to our little gem in Cheshire :) It’s lovely and tranquil but with excellent access to motorways. Lymm is a lovely village with lots of quaint pubs, the ‘Penny’ dam, historic Bridgewater canal, and the Transpennine Trail, excellent for cycling and dog walking. You’ll get a full guest house with a master bedroom, double bed and ample room, and a bunk bed with two single beds. A sofa bed is also available downstairs. We have an EV charge point on the drive which can be used at extra cost.

The Barn at Pear Tree Farm is an excellent location for a quiet and relaxing time that is just over a mile from the motorway (M56) and yet in the middle of nowhere.
