If I had an issue or question the phone numbers provided were very responsive. Lovely house. Big and spacious. Great views from ours. Nice warm temperature inside. The hot tub might not be hot on the first day of book in though.

A lovely lodge in a small holiday park, the pool was an added bonus (outside and unheated but nice for a quick dip!)

We had a phenomenal time! The whole house was spotless and the kitchen was so well equipped. We cooked all meals at home and had lovely dinners outside. The garden is absolutely stunning and a dip in the pond was a great thing to do every morning. Thank you so much Ian, we hope to come back again!

We stayed here for a family holiday, 4 adults and 6 children aged 11-15 and we all had a lovely time. There is lots to do at Mistletoe Farm; the pool and hot tub were great, the games room/ garden kitchen area was perfect for us to all get together to eat, play darts or do karaoke and the escape room was a big hit with the kids. We also enjoyed an evening around the fire pit toasting marshmallows. It’s set in beautiful surroundings and we enjoyed walks to the local pub for dinner and also to the reservoir. Lyme Regis was close enough for a day out too. The accommodation was clean and tidy and well equipped and the teenagers enjoyed having a glamping pod to themselves for a bit of independence. Paul and Sandra were excellent hosts, super friendly, welcoming and helpful, they leave you to enjoy your holiday but somehow always manage to be there when you need them! Highly recommend.

My friends and I stayed at Louise’s place for a long weekend, and it was a wonderful time. The house fit 11 adults no problem. Lovely and quiet, the pool was so much fun, and we made good use of the fire pit to have s’mores. Harry gave us a tour of the dairy farm & beehives, & let us see the calves which was lovely. Louise was a fab host, very good communicator and always at hand if needed. Great stay overall!

Awesome location and great country walks. Fantastic to have a swim and sauna after a brilliant country walk from the property. Very peaceful and quiet.

We loved staying at the Coach house it was just as in the pictures, and clean/comfortable with many mod cons. The Cream tea provided was delicious and the milk from the Milkiosk was fun/special. Our spaniel loved the field to run round in, although he was a bit naughty on occasion straying with the excitement. The pool is heaven, especialy as it is timetabled per unit meaning we had it all to ourselves for our turns (what a great idea). Just a great location with some lovely beaches and walks along the coastline. We loved it so much we have already booked again for next year.

A fantastic find, great location. Easy walk to the beach, very close to coffee shops, pub and restaurants. Beautiful long sandy beach. The house was perfect for us and our dog. Simon was very helpful and quick to respond.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is stunning, beautifully furnished, and located in a lovely area. It was spotless and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need—and more. The hosts were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at the cosy cottage. The first hours unfortunately were quite cold, because the house wasn’t heated when we arrived. But we escaped into the warm jacuzzi :) When the house was warmed up it was perfect. The surroundings are beautiful, you can do great walks in and around Lee. We totally recommend it!

Beautiful 3 bed home, perfectly situated for different tourist attractions and beaches. The house is spacious, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Diana was a brilliant host, and quick to respond with any queries from the start. We had a brilliant family holiday, and will definitely be back! Thank you Diana :)

Luke is a fabulous host! Not only is the cottage idyllic, peaceful and charming, but Luke left us some goodies for our arrival. These included a bottle of fizz, some delicious bread and eggs from the chickens he keeps on his small holding. There was loads of good recommendations for walks and activities within the cottage and Luke trod a wonderful balance between giving us our space and being there to offer advice and recommendations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the countryside!

We had the most wonderful week at Jon’s place and absolutely fell in love with it and the area!!! Jon communicated brilliantly with us throughout our stay and we felt help and advice was on hand if we needed it! Us and the dog settled in immediately and we felt it was like home from home from the start! The cottage is extremely spacious and very comfortable. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and the beds were extremely comfortable! Gorgeous gardens too! For me it was the kitchen! We didn’t want to eat out as we do enough of that in London so to have a fully kitted out kitchen was fantastic! They have thought about everything!!! It was so peaceful in the cottage - the dog hardly barked the whole week! I walked quite a bit and the stunning putsborough beach was a lovely walk (less than 10mins)or if I’d prefer less than 3 minute drive where the dog had endless hours of fun! It is dog friendly all year! I cannot recommend jons place enough! It was utter perfection!

We were so comfortable staying at Edds house. It’s one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was carefully thought out and we appreciated all of the small touches (particularly the bag of local fudge!). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Wow! Both Broxwater Shippon & Robbie exceeded our expectations. The air BnB was stunning, clean and had everything we needed. The open plan setting is perfect for a weekend away with family. Robbie was extremely flexible, responsive and friendly- she made us feel right at home and nothing was too much trouble. She provided lots of recommendations too which made our weekend so much easier to plan. The stay was the perfect relaxing rural retreat to recharge! We would 100% recommend to everyone and would love to go back.

This is the biggest and best Airbnb we've stayed in. Apart from being spacious, uncluttered and clean, it felt luxurious and generous. EG The bed gave me the best night's sleep for a long time, the hand soaps were high quality, the hot water appeared almost instantly and the kitchen was generously equipped. We didn't get to meet Simon, but the communication was clear and we felt trusted just to get on and enjoy the holiday. A very special place and host.

Visited here with a group of friends and our doggies, had a great time & the home is beautiful. Thank you again!

Our family of ten included three generations and we all enjoyed a wonderful week. The house and garden were beautiful and the views stunning. Our four grandchildren enjoyed the top floor games room as well as outdoor water activities. We all enjoyed good walks from our doorstep. We hope to return to return for another week.

Always loved loved this part of the world so I knew what was coming. However, the place you stay on holiday can make a big difference. The studio is a really nice accommodation. Nicely decorated and kept very well - couldn't fault a thing. The Studio has absolutely beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our time there and will be recommending it to our family and friends. Raleigh cottage was wonderful - it’s a beautifully restored, well equipped thatched cottage surrounded by lush green woodland in rural north Devon. The setting was so tranquil that we stayed in at cottage a lot of the time instead of venturing out. In fact the setting was so picturesque and quiet we decided to stay an extra night! Myles and Sarah are delightful hosts, so helpful with great recommendations for local restaurants and sights for when we decided to explore. We can’t wait to come back to stay there again!

Southerly is a beautiful house, with great dog safe grounds and everything you could possibly need for a stress free stay. The beds are really comfortable and the linen is fresh and clean. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The living areas are large and uncrowded with comfortable sofas and an enormous dining table. It is the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in an Airbnb property! The garden was attractive and well furnished with loungers, table and chairs, bbq and sofa and table. Janice and Leigh were welcoming hosts who always responded promptly to any queries from the moment we booked until the moment we left the house. The recent acquisition of an EV charger was the ultimate accessory! Thank you Janice and Leigh.

Lovely home, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Great for 4 legged friends with a secure garden and suitable furnishings etc. The home is in a lovely area , with great views over the estuary from the rear of the house, particularly the main bedroom. Bideford itself is very pretty and a good base for exploring North Devon as it is close to the A39 / Atlantic Highway.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jane's place in Ilfracombe! The accommodation itself was beautiful – clean, comfortable, and with lovely personal touches. But what truly made our trip exceptional were the hosts. Jane & Noel were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and genuinely couldn't do enough for us. Their kindness and helpfulness made us feel so welcome. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this gem to anyone visiting Ilfracombe!
