Holiday rentals with lake access in Macomb County

Book this home! It was a wonderful experience staying here. The housekeeping was amazing. The neighborhood was super friendly. Everyone waved and said hi asked how our stay was going. It is a very quiet neighborhood and we spent most of our time outdoors behind the house when we were not fishing. We were able to tie our 17” deep V boat in the dock. We kick up some mud, but the channel was easy to navigate. The house was full of thoughtful amenities and seemed spacious for a smaller home. We hope to book again soon!

BEAUTIFUL & PRISTINE! The host has thought of everything from keyless entry, top notch amenities , beautifully decorated and an open floor plan. Let’s not forget the tranquility of staying on the lake. We fished and watched so much wildlife right in our backyard. If all AirBnb’s kept up their properties like this it would be a true gem to have no worries about booking! Thank you for a fantastic getaway! We will be back for sure!

This home is spotless, has very comfortable furniture, with modern appliances, and is in a great location of Shelby Twp. The kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. The bedroom has a nice walk-in closet and a very comfortable bed. Aga is a very welcoming host and is very thorough in explaining everything you need to feel right at home. She is friendly and easy to contact if needed. Parking was easy and the neighborhood is quiet. I could not have asked for a better experience!

Our 2nd stay at Troy’s!!! More trips coming also this summer! As I stated before, super lake front home- just perfect! Safe, restaurant within walking distance! Plenty of room for truck and boat! Close to numerous boat launches! The home is just perfect decor and waking up with the sun/lake in your face makes this home a huge bargain! John and Crystal were very friendly and accommodating hosts, regularly asking if there was anything we needed. The location worked out well for us as he made sure we had boats slips available and we were very close to the public launch. There was plenty of room for six of us, with a large kitchen and lots of counter space, which was helpful. The gas stove worked great, which was important since we brought meals to cook. Also appreciated was having a washer and dryer available. Beds were ok, but clean and we were able to sleep fine. Overall, this was a very good experience and we were very appreciative of our hosts.

Great place for fishing, had three boats in the driveway

The house was perfect for us. It has all the amenities that one would need for a short stay. The boathouse is definitely a plus for any fisherman. Brian went out his way to help with a boat issue that came up. Thanks Brian! Would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Jackie’s place is honestly one of our favorite stays ever. The house was so clean and it fit every need. Jackie is beyond saying the best host I’ve ever dealt with she is awesome. The place is close to all you need and definitely close to the lake. Thankful we were able to stay here for a father son fishing trip. Parking great. On a quiet neat street. This is our location for every annual fishing trip to St Clair.

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay and greatly enjoyed my time at Veronica’s place. She was very responsive and kind enough to accommodate a change in my check-in date, though I ultimately didn’t need it. The apartment provided a warm and comfortable stay during Michigan’s freezing winter, along with a good view of the river. One of the electric circuits went down during my stay, but Veronica quickly sent someone to fix it, which I truly appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely book again the next time I’m in town.

We loved our stay and have already decided that, if we return to Detroit, we will stay here again. It was perfect for the two of us. The bed was so comfy, shower was amazing and the living/kitchen area was so cozy during our nights in.

So stinkin cute! From entrance to patio. Situated in a Quaint quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance to amazing food, spirits and history. The parking is tricky, but worth it. Very clean and extremely well stocked. The hosts were great. We will definitely revisit 🙂

I was raised much of my younger years in New Baltimore. It's a great location near my family, high school friends, several restaurants, & the park on the bay. Many interesting area sites & museums are within an hour drive. Everything needed to be comfortable is within the unit. Gina, Thanks for being a good host.

Super amazing stay! The outside was absolutely stunning, and fun at the same time. You can see the house from across the canal, it’s so neat! Daniel and Janet are so wholesome and amazing! Met them and never really saw them again, but excellent hosts!

Used this lake house for a fishing trip. Great location in Anchor Bay with easy access to the lake. Covered boat dock made it great for the boat. Host is very friendly and communicates effectively.

Amy and Beau’s place was incredible. We were able to take the kayaks out and paddle out to the bridge. We also enjoyed the comfortable accommodations—especially the beds. A fire pit at night completed the weekend. We will definitely be back!!

Jamie's lakefront home was the most wonderful stay for my quaint bachelorette weekend. Jamie was incredibly helpful, kind, and went above and beyond in providing us with goodies as well as recommendations for local restaurants, etc. She even put up an adorable "girls weekend" sign on her mantel in the family room, which was so sweet! The house was clean and absolutely perfect for our needs. The water was hot, and the back porch area and hot tub were perfect! Also, Downtown Lake Orion was so cute and perfect with walkable coffee shops, boutique stores, and amazing spots for dinner and drinks! We couldn't recommend Jamie's home more. What an awesome weekend!

The home and location were absolutely perfect! Everything was exactly as listed and was so beautiful and homey. I just wish the weather had been a bit warmer to fully enjoy the outdoor seating and activities. I highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks so much!

What a lovely cottage...very cozy and homey. Cute, comfortable, and unpretentious. The neighborhood is so peaceful and friendly, with easy access to pristine sandy beaches. We would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous Lake Huron at your doorstep. Heavenly sunrises, beach fires, outdoor dining. Beautiful covered back deck. Cottage very comfortable- fully stocked kitchen. We barbecued almost every night watching the boats go by. Absolutely loved lake living!
