Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Burgundian house, renovated in 2024 with the charm of old stones and beams. We have 4 bedrooms with double beds and in addition 3 convertible beds. The house is very comfortable for 8 people and can accommodate a maximum of 14 people. Ideal house for large families and friends. You can celebrate birthdays, Christmas or bachelor/bachelorette parties in comfort. This estate has a beautiful cellar where you can enjoy a private wine tasting. Rates on request.

The La Charme gîte is located in Sacquenay in the heart of the Bourgogne Franche Comté region. I wanted it to be warm and comfortable so that my guests could spend relaxing and rejuvenating moments there. To create a true wellness experience, a spa is available on the terrace as well as a home cinema in the living room. I also offer breakfast as well as appetizer boards and a selection of local drinks and wines.
