We had a very comfortable stay at Ms. Belle’s place! It’s spacious, clean, and perfect for big groups or families. The apartment had everything we needed, and the check-in process was smooth. The only small con is the location — it’s a bit of a steep walk to get to the apartment if you're on foot. But this can easily be managed with a Grab or car service. Plus, the walk isn't too bad and can be a healthy bonus if you're up for it! Overall, a great stay — would definitely recommend for anyone traveling with a group or looking for a cozy, well-equipped home.

Me and two friend booked this house for a wedding. The host was responsive and his staff was wonderful! It was really close to a bar and grill that had karaoke and that was totally worth it. Felt really safe at the neighbourhood with 24/7 guards, checking everyone that came and went. Would definitely book again.

The room is huge for two people. We loved the view from the balcony. Lots of things to do in the area even at night, near the beach as well. Huge tv, cozy living room, kitchen is well kept, the bed is huge but a thick blanket will make it cozier because the air conditioning feels like winter. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Mactan and will definitely consider booking this accommodation again. Worth what we paid for.

Would highly recommend this place! Very clean, spacious, has that homey vibe, and has all the things that you will need. Location was great because it was very near to the place that we need to visit. Ms. Richel was also very kind and very helpful, ensuring we could check in hassle-free by providing detailed instructions and information about her place. Overall a 10/10.

I have a good stay

First time to Lapu-Lapu and this unit is located close enough to the Airport for the price. AC was cold. Warm water shower. Pool was good. Staff were friendly. Netflix to relax in the evening. Walkable to 7/11, Mall in my opinion. Easy enough to get Grab, or local transportation around Lapu-Lapu but a bit difficult to get transport back to unit from Cebu IT park area. I would stay again if I wanted to stay local. Host are fast to communicate if you have questions.

I stayed at Jane's place for three months while working in Cebu City, and it was my second time here, I didn’t think twice about coming back. Jane is a fantastic, responsive host, though I hardly needed to reach out since everything went smoothly. The building is welcoming, with great amenities: a small shop downstairs, a filtered water dispenser for easy refills, a laundromat, and a pool with a study area that was perfect for working from home. The community feel really stands out compared to other condos I have stayed in before...it's a smaller building, so over time you get to know the friendly staff and neighbors. The unit itself is well-equipped with AC, a large fridge, a kitchen you can actually cook in, and a lovely view of the hills. It’s also in a great location..less than a 10-minute walk to IT Park and close to some excellent cafes and canteen. Traffic on Salinas Dr can be heavy, but the building sits on a quiet side road, making it peaceful despite the central location.

I highly recommend this place!!! 💯💯💯 the unit is exactly the same as the photos..got everything you need. It feels very homey with It's minimalist design, pristine condition, k-feels ambiance and a very accommodating host. will definitely stay here again on my nxt vacay!! 👌😉

Having stayed in Cebu previously, I wish I had done more research and found this lovely penthouse for our previous trip. The location in Mactan is ideal, the view superb, the kitchen well equipped and overall the penthouse was very clean and very comfortable. Grace helped us with transport which, having been to Cebu previously, was still very much appreciated. With my partner being a filipino we will be returning to Cebu and definitely look to re-book with Grace.

We had a great stay at this place, it’s worth the price. There was 11 of us, family group, the unit is spacious and we are able to do simple cooking like pancakes, fried eggs, rice etc, it’s so homey. Thanks to the host who lent us frying pan for cooking hahaha, they are so generous. Distance to airport - our flight was 5.30am, booking a grab car is so easy, super convenient; the airport is less than 10mins aways from the condo. No sweat! If I go back to Ceb, I will stay in the same place again.

Really saved the day for my family. Had a bad experience on my first booking but Jen saved my experience with Airbnb. She is very accommodating and willing to go an extra mile for your booking. Making sure everything is okay and settled in to their great property. The place is perfect for my family and safe for kids. Amenities are complete and 100% working. Listing is located in a place where you can get anything. Convenient stores, grocery, restaurant, night market. Peaceful and quiet. Surely will book again. Recommended Host and listing.

We really enjoyed the place. When I was reading the reviews, I was a little bit worried about the mosquitoes. But nothing to worry about, not a lot of mosquitos. I think because the care takers were amazing - they were very clean, they took care of the place really well, they were also very friendly and helpful. I really like that the place is well maintain. took care of us really well, by husband wants to stay longer. It is such a beautiful place, we will not forget the care takers.

We arrived late at night. The location was perfect, It’s very close to the airport. The home was cozy and clean, and The hosts were always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended!
