Mr. Eneas is super friendly. Wonderful place with a beautiful view of the sea and I was treated very well by the condominium staff. Easy to find and close to a pharmacy, market and beach kiosk. There is an excellent restaurant on site.

My stay was excellent! The apartment was impeccably clean, with fragrant, high-quality bath towels and bed linen. Communication with the host was almost immediate, always very attentive and helpful. The location of the condominium is another strong point: in front of the beach, which makes the experience even more special. The condominium has a great structure and the children's playground is well maintained, ideal for those traveling with small children. I highly recommend and I hope to return soon!

It was worth it. I went to visit a friend who lived very closely and the apartment of Bruna greatly facilitated this moment. Although comfortable the apartment is a little tight, but for a quick trip it was quiet. I needed a chair and I quickly had my request fulfilled. There was a small communication issue regarding garage access at the time of arrival (as there are two entrances in the building), but as Bruna responded quickly in the Airbnb chat everything was resolved. In addition to Bruna the Bruno also answered all the questions I asked even before the stay, that is, both are very dedicated to doing the best. Indico to all the apto of Bruna.

Aliria, there were only 03 nights, but with tranquility and the comfort that I always seek for my family..., apartment is exactly like the ones in the photo , with 02 WC and a toilet , full kitchen, EVERYTHING NEW ...is to throw the bags, and leave the beach ... Talking about the hostess is only thanks, for all the attention we have been given (we did not have any problems in hosting) only her concern in giving us comfort has already left us safe...proof of this is the assessment that she has a score of 5 in all the comments, all justified by all the attention she offers... Simply impeccable! The stay exceeded all expectations — everything was even better than the photos showed. The accommodation was extremely clean, organized, with a pleasant perfume in the air and every detail thought out with affection. The hosts were thoughtful and still left a few treats that made everything even more special. Seriously, it was better than I could have imagined. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely return!

Honestly completely loved Henry's place! Getting inside was a bit sketchy at first but very easy. Once inside, the place was fantastic, the views in person from the terrace was honestly amazing, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice! I'll be booking again for sure when back in Rio. The place inside was very clean. It is inside a pacified favela so seeing armed men is very common, I didn't mind at all as they mind their own business. I was walking back to the airbnb at 2-3am and never felt in danger( My girlfriend and I were dressed very nice, however, out of precaution, didn't have any jewelry displaying). I will say that if your not a fan of a little adventure, it might not be for you, in my opinion it was a great and fun experience and provided me with a completely different experience of Rio. Henry was also very accommodating and catered to our itinerary, we will absolutely be coming back! Thanks Henry and Yuri!

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

Roseane is a wonderful host – she welcomed us warmly and took the time to show us everything in peace. She was there for us at all times throughout our entire stay. The apartment is super cozy, super clean and equipped with everything you need for a nice time. The location is perfect - beaches, restaurants and supermarkets are all within easy reach. Caio was a very quiet host. We had a problem at check-in because our name wasn't in the lobby, but after a while we were able to reach him, he released super fast. The porterios are super friendly. It is a condominium that walks a little to reach the beach, but the beach is beautiful and very calm. It's worth it. In addition to the surrounding markets and restaurants are super into account, which is really good for week seasons. We recommend it!

This place is absolutely magical. Perfect for a couples getaway, or a friend's trip. The home was decorated like tropical bungalow. Beds are extremely comfortable, bathrooms were clean, and the outdoor patio had a surprising view of the Christ Redeemer. It's located above many shops and convenient stores, and right next to the beach. Our host had communicated with us the entire time making it super easy to check in and even made us a delicious cake to welcome us to this beautiful city. This is a place we will remember forever, and we can't wait to come back SOON! Thank you

it was a really nice place,beautiful area.close to the beach. The host was so helpful and nice. he was very proactive and helped us with our bags when our bags got lost. he communicated with the administration to let us get our bags once it was delivered. he was very flexible with the check out time. I definetley recommend this stay, and the host was amazing and so nice.

Great place, very cozy and delicious accommodation, well located fifty meters from the beachfront, very quiet condominium and very cordial staff, and host Karina always watches the messages and respond quickly. It was worth it.

Márcia's apartment was an incredible find - and in many ways. The apartment is perfect: beautiful, comfortable, well-equipped (for both short and longer stays), very well located, with a stunning sea view, as well as being in a condominium that offers a swimming pool and other facilities. We only stayed 2 nights, but we already know we'll be back! We chose this apartment for our honeymoon and it was the best choice! (much better than what many hotels offer!). In addition, Márcia was an excellent host! Very dear, available, good-humored, flexible, helpful, responsive and kind! Before closing the apartment I contacted her to ask some questions, so she knew it would be our wedding weekend - she kindly left us treats in the apartment, which made the experience even cozier! Certainly the best decision! We will definitely be back!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. In short, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which will undoubtedly happen).

The stay at Eliane's was impeccable! The apartment is comfortable, spacious, super clean and well equipped. The hostess welcomes you in person, she was super helpful and affectionate, she took us to the supermarket when we arrived to have food, because we arrived late, tired and with children! Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left a bathroom free for us until 5 pm, so we could bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thanks for everything!

The apartment is amazing, better than the pictures. Very large and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we loved doing it at this place because of the convenience and the variety of utensils available, from wine glasses to lots of pans and cutlery. The view is unparalleled, with the beach and the sea in every room. Dora was an excellent host, attentive, friendly and respectful. The apartment is full of practical and tasteful details. We strongly recommend.

We had a good experience in this home. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The place was spotless, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We had an amazing time and felt right at home. We would return without hesitation! 100% recommended.

Amazing apartment to stay in Rio. Very good location, close to the beach, market, restaurant, pharmacy and subway, pleasant and cozy atmosphere.

The location was exactly what we'd hoped for... On the "main" road directly across from the ocean. The apartment was also wonderful. A bit difficult to find initially but Karla was EXTREMELY helpful / responsive and arrived without any glitches. (Website description could be more clear). Downsides: As mentioned by another guest the mattresses are rock hard. The hardest I've ever tried to sleep on - which meant I barely slept and woke up sore every day. The location is also noisy as the windows are the non-sealing / sliding pane type (common in Brazil) which do not block outside noise such as partying / screaming people, dogs barking, etc. Earplugs solved this issue but the stiff mattresses would preclude from renting this location again. We loved the apartment but a person has to be able to rest/sleep.
