Could we make an exception and give six stars instead of five? It's only been a couple hours since we checked out, but we are already missing 4Cs. The hospitality of the host family is amazing. That's really the difference maker. The tranquil location on a plantation is unbeatable. Such professional staff. The food: Variety (including curry from the fruits of a 300-year-old Jackfruit tree on the plantation) + very tasty + amazingly affordable.The friendly dogs, Sanju and Ninja, accompanied us on long walks during our 10-day long stay. We enjoyed the rain & the sunshine reflected off those rain washed leaves. Such a serene location. Clean. Shower with very hot water, good pressure. We appreciated the paid Laundry service. As we think about it, this is among the top five in the hundred or so Airbnbs that we stayed in around the world. It's like we are leaving family. And I don't think we can say anything more than that

The stay at Nephila Farm was generally good. They accommodated a slightly early check-in. Jaswant is very helpful, as is Subbu the caretaker. The place is clean and neat. blankets pillows and towels are provided. There are two plug sockets by the beds. The bathroom feels a bit dark due to the lighting being less and the use of the redoxide but it was clean as well. Some intermittent downtime for both electricity and internet though Jaswant did communicate this is being worked on. Only once at night did it completely shut off for an hour. Recommend (for the price): Tiling the bathroom and increasing the lighting to make it feel better Provide some seating in the room Provide a kettle and a coffee/tea tray Increase pre-checkin message responsiveness. Increase the tree cover near the house so that sitting outside in the afternoon is possible AC for the summer(it was 33 degrees and fan struggled to cool) Special mention to Jaswant for ensuring I had breakfast before I leave.

It was an absolute pleasure to have spent time with Rekha Ji and family. Felt like home. All of them were very involved and helpful. Her cooking was amazing and timely. Would certainly look forward to be back and recommend to everyone reading the reviews !!

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed. The hosts were warm and friendly and food was homely and very tasty. We definitely recommend this bnb!

We had a lovely stay at this beautifully designed property in Coorg. The interiors, done up in calming whites, give the space a serene, Pinterest-worthy charm — every corner feels thoughtfully styled and photo-friendly. The caretakers were extremely sweet and cordial, making us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. The breakfast served each morning was absolutely delicious — a great way to start the day! A couple of suggestions for improvement: the pool, being open, had quite a few floating insects. A transparent cover or more frequent cleaning could make the experience more enjoyable. Also, the washroom flooring could be better maintained, as it didn’t feel as clean or fresh compared to the rest of the property. Overall, it’s a peaceful, aesthetically curated getaway that we’d happily recommend to anyone visiting Coorg!

This place is a adobe in its own world!! Absolutely beautiful, serene, and calm. The property is itself surrounded with nature and has maintained its raw essense of the earth. Someone looking to escape the chaos should definitely spend a night here. The three of us sisters spent 4 days there with utmost comfort of home and felt very warm and welcomed by Sandeep and Santosh (the hosts) followed by all the workers (Yalamma (someone you can almost picture your mother and sister in), Praveen (an amazing chef who cooked authentic tasty food), Junaid (got us comfortable within the space). Looking at them felt like a family together. The rooms were clean, with fresh linens and blankets provided. We took the woodpecker and that comes with a bathroom that's detached and downstairs. Definitely hygiene maintained. So, folks should definitely check with the host before booking. The river is a must that you should visit along with certain beautifully set platforms overlooking the nature.

We’re a close-knit group of friends who’ve known each other for over 30 years, and we were looking for a quiet, private getaway—and Akarsh’s place was absolutely perfect. Tucked away on top of a hill with a stunning 360° view, it offered complete seclusion with no one else around. Even in April, the breeze kept things cool and comfortable throughout the day. If you’re after a scenic, peaceful retreat where you won’t be disturbed—and won’t be disturbing anyone else—this is the place for you. The bonus - Akarsh himself is super friendly and approachable. He even joined us on a couple of treks to nearby hills, which made the experience even more memorable. We had an amazing time and made some unforgettable memories.

Debbie and Vinuja’s stay truly felt like home. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of, and nothing felt out of place. I booked this stay for an offbeat experience nestled inside the coffee estates of Coorg and it turned out to be everything my friends and family were hoping for. The place was spotless, cozy, and had all the necessary amenities. Special mention to Sanjay, the caretaker, who was the absolute sweetest! He poured his heart and soul into making our stay comfortable from great local recommendations to going the extra mile with our late-night dessert cravings at 10 PM! The weather, the breakfast, and the overall service were honestly too good to be true. The property is beautifully maintained, and the small details in the rooms add a lot of warmth. We also got to enjoy a lovely farm experience, thanks to Sanjay's efforts. Dinner was a complete comfort meal delicious, wholesome, and fulfilling. Highly recommend this stay if you're looking for a peaceful experience
