Go to the mountains and highlands during the day, and the tranquility of Satoyama at night. This is a rental cottage where you can enjoy a sauna, BBQ, and a starry sky. As a base for sightseeing in Azumino and Hakuba and Kamikochi, you can stay comfortably from one night to consecutive nights. Access to Hakuba, Kamikochi, and Tateyama Kurobe is also good, making it possible for group trips, family trips, and long-term stays.There is a washing machine and dryer, and it is comfortable for consecutive nights. You can also come by public transportation, but having a car is more convenient. Free pick-up and drop-off is available at Shinano Matsukawa Station and Meisha Station.Other transfers and sightseeing transfers are available for ¥2,000 to ¥8,000 (return) within 2 hours one-way.For more than 5 people, please consult in advance to accommodate car rental. Mökki means "cottage" in Finnish. Spend your time in a special place surrounded by nature. Guest house Mökki is located in Shinano-cho, a town blessed with forests, lakes and snow in the northern part of Nagano Prefecture, with a wealth of natural areas such as Kurohime Kogen, Lake Nojiri and Togakushi nearby. You can freely use the comfortable building renovated with natural materials such as cedar, cypress, and plaster, the natural garden that creates seasonal scenery, and the forest where the stream flows.In the forest that we have been maintaining, you can see birds, squirrels, and marten, and you can enjoy strolling around looking for wild vegetables and mushrooms, as well as swings and hammocks. [Opened in December 2023!] ease1 is an accommodation limited to one group per day. Enjoy a special time in a luxurious space surrounded by the beautiful nature of Nagano. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the wooden deck while looking out at the beautiful scenery of Nagano. There is also a hot spring facility nearby, so please use it as well. The inn can accommodate up to 6 people, but there are 4 beds. Please use the futon for the 5th person. We also welcome corporate training and workations. Located in a quiet place surrounded by nature, you can spend time in an environment that combines work and relaxation while increasing your concentration! This house overlooks Lake Nojiri and has a superb view. There are several ski resorts (Myoko, Kurohime, Madarao) about 15-20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect base for winter sports. Enjoy the wood stove sauna and the water bath with a view. There are no private houses around, so you can listen to music and watch movies loudly. Because it is a house located deep in the mountains, we take the best measures, but in the warm season, insects come out. It snows a lot in winter. In autumn, fallen leaves dance. You will also need to adjust the wood stove fire yourself. It's not an easy house to live in, but we promise you a great view and experience. Enjoy cooking with a counter kitchen with a view, condiments and cooking utensils. (There is no equipment for BBQ)

After procuring fresh ingredients locally, move to the Rock Forest, park your car in the parking lot, and go up the stairs to bring the ingredients to the hearth space. You won't see any other people. It is 60 minutes by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Karuizawa, and 30 minutes by car from Karuizawa Station, so you can work in the morning and take a half-day off in the afternoon, for example.
