Gorgeous house! Beautiful, peaceful and private location. We had a great time. Recommend packing an eye mask as the top windows throughout the house don’t have blinds, unless you’re keen to be up at the crack of dawn! (Particularly the master bedroom)

Percy’s place was very well appointed and spacious. We stayed for 4 weeks whilst doing home renovations. Plenty of space for a family plus being able to bring our dog was such a bonus. Lovely views out over the trees. Percy was a very responsive host and immediately arranged replacement of the dryer when it broke which was so appreciated!

A cute and cosy stay in an excellent and peaceful location surrounded by trees and a stones throw away from amazing beaches and walks. It was lovely to wake up to the sounds of birds. The stairs inside the house are steep, I had a little trouble getting up and down as a pregnant lady so keep that in mind. Super close to the train line fyi, frieghts can be heard from time to time. Also very comfy bed and had most things we needed however a couple of extra basics would have been helpful such as a colander, more stocked toilet paper, a lamp and baking dish. Thanks for having us!

A perfect place to stay if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and comfortable within easy reach of beaches, cafes and station. Sharyn and Mick are very friendly and helpful, and have good knowledge of the local area and amenities. The apartment is immaculately presented and decorated in a pleasant, contemporary coastal style. The bathroom was extremely clean. The shower had good water pressure and was easy to control. The bed is also very comfortable. Highly recommended.
