Holiday rentals with a pool in Madgaon

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Unica, Serenity Residences in South Goa. It was peaceful and picturesque with a helpful and responsive caretaker. The beach is nearby and there are plenty of restaurants and eateries around too. It is a bit far off so I would recommend that travellers rent a vehicle for transportation. Public transport seems less available. Overall, worth the money and a wonderful stay indeed!

my friends and I booked this place for 6 days and this is by far one of our favourite stays ever. Charles, Reece and Bishnu were fantastic hosts. generous, hospitable, caring and attentive. Special thanks to Bishnu for being so wonderful and accommodating. couldn't recommend this place enough

What an amazing stay! Very comfortable and cozy villa in a peaceful but well connected location in Benaulim. The property was clean, all listed amenities present and working well, kitchen was stocked with basics and had all required utensils. The community has a decent swimming pool and is a very quiet and secure society. Vinay was our host and he was excellent with his hospitality. Went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay and was unbelievably available to support 24x7! Very caring and mindful of customer needs. The location is great with some nice restaurants, supermarkets etc. in walkable distance. Definitely worth the price you pay :)

Beautiful place, we completely enjoyed the stay. Caretaker Raj is a super guy. He cooks and cleans and is always smiling! Loved the vibes, and the place.

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

The hosts were super responsive and helpful. They helped us cater all our needs not just related to our but also helped us book our transport. The place was amazing and exactly matched the description. Overall, me and my friends had an amazing time there and we really look forward to visit again soon.

This penthouse is very decent and specious property. we both the families feel homely during 3 days span. Highly recommended for the families.

We stayed at the beautiful La Maroma Estate (villa 08) for 3 nights, and it was absolutely perfect. After searching through countless villas and resorts that needed to meet all our criteria—especially being safe and pet-friendly—we finally found this gem and it exceeded all expectations. Spacious, homely, well-priced, great location, the villa was spotless, tastefully decorated and thoughtfully managed. All amenities were provided and the housekeeping team was incredibly helpful and always available. I’d highly recommend this villa to anyone traveling with family, a group of friends or especially with dogs—they’ll love it as much as we did. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable.

Had an amazing time here. The housekeep/helper was also polite &very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom’s designed well. The room and the balcony were quite airy and fresh. And the washing machine, I must say, is an amazing thing to be included on a stay - it helped us a lot. And now for the best part, they have the most amazing, secluded & cozy pool - surrounded by lush greenery. So yes, the pool here was the best part of our experience. Just one thing I’d like to mention so that maybe it improves is that the towels were leaving lint out left & right which made them pretty unusable. But other than that everything was pretty nice.

We stayed in this property for two days, it was an amazing stay. All the amenities listed were available and special thanks to the host for being responsive, very coperative and friendly. Highly recommended.

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfectly arranged, from the cozy setup to the thoughtful little touches that made it feel just like home. Merlin and Austin were amazing hosts. They were warm, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Their kindness and hospitality truly stood out and made our trip all the more special. I had an excellent stay! The place was not only clean and comfortable but also beautifully aesthetic — everything felt thoughtfully designed. I especially enjoyed the big TV for relaxing evenings. There were plenty of shared facilities that made the experience even better, including a pool table, table tennis, and a lovely swimming pool. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable time!
