Eman’s house was really peaceful and felt like i was home. Location is great in new cairo and 5 min walk to malls, point 90 mall was 10 min walk House was clean Eman was very responsive I would definitely come back to Eman’s house The house was warm as well during winter A nice home away from home

We came back to New Cairo after touring Siwa Oasis and did a second stay at Noha's place. She is an excellent host and her house is clean, spacious, and in a great location in Mivida. I highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at nour’s. The house was exactly as described and it was clean, had all the amenities, the kitchen had a lot of utilities. Nour was very helpful and responsive in accommodation any need or inquiry we had, communication was very easy. The location is in new Cairo and its a very nice area in a suburb compound Will definitely book again on our next visit

Un grand merci à Heba qui nous a permis de faire notre check-in plus tôt et qui nous a bien guidé pour notre arrivée. Le logement était très agréable et plutôt fidèle aux photos. La chambre principale était spacieuse, le lit King size appréciable et la partie dressing assez ergonomique. Je n’étais simplement pas fan de la porte coulissante entre la chambre et la salle de bain, trop difficile à ouvrir et fermer mais c’est vraiment un détail considéré la qualité du reste de l’appartement. La deuxième salle de bain était parfaite d’ailleurs. La piscine à l’extérieur a le mérite d’exister mais je m’attendais à ce qu’elle soit un peu plus grande. C était tout de même agréable d’avoir la possibilité de s’y baigner si on le souhaitait (l’eau était super froide mais les courageux se baigneront quand même !) Le gros point positif est la localisation dans la ville, le quartier de Festival Cairo est central, c’était pratique pour les déplacements. Encore merci Heba <3 on a aimé notre séjour !

Osama is very kind and responsive, and I believe that the interactions between hosts and guests are crucial in rental experiences. My interactions with him were positive, and he was attentive to my needs. The security guards were also friendly and welcoming, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The compound is charming and lovely to stroll through at night, and I appreciated that everyone respected each other's space. I felt free to be myself while staying at Osama's place. We had a great stay at Mostafa’s place. Everything was perfect, comfortable, clean and felt like home. The place is exactly as described. Mostafa has been very helpful and flexible. Check in and checkout very smooth. Compound super safe and you have everything you need withing walking distance. Highly recommend this flat and will definitely reconsider coming again anytime i need a rental in New Cairo

Wonderful stay! Khaled isn’t just a host but he takes care of whatever you need asap and he’s so welcoming, the place is clean, tidy, everything works fine. Highly recommend this for a place in New Cairo 10/10 and definitely worth the price especially with the services available. Perfect for anyone that works remotely as well as he has internet all the time, good signal and provides an extra screen who needs it like me.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und geräumig. In der Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt den man gut zu Fuß erreicht. Ruhige Wohngegend. Mit dem Auto kommt man schnell zu der Open Air Mall. Diese hat viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Von Madinaty kommt man gut mit dem Taxi oder Uber zum neuen Museum, zu Khan El Khalili oder zu den Pyramiden. Die Fahrt dauert ca. jeweils 1 Stunde pro Strecke.

Everything was perfect. Communication with Mohammed was easy. The location is excellent.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l’appartement haut standing de Sameh. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous : l’ambiance est à la fois chaleureuse, élégante et cosy, parfaite pour un séjour en famille. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour le confort des voyageurs. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les délicates attentions de bienvenue : fruits frais, bouteilles d’eau, café et biscuits, qui ont vraiment marqué le début du séjour sur une note attentionnée. Un vrai cocon où il fait bon vivre — nous reviendrons sans la moindre hésitation

إقامه جداً رائعه وممتازه الشقه جداً جميله ونظيفه والأثاث جديد و مودرن والمنطقه هادئه وجميله ويوجد بالقرب من الشقه مسجد وسوبر ماركت ومكتبه وصيدليه ومحل خضار و مخبز الدكتور محمد إنسان راقي في التعامل ساعدني في كثير من الاستفسارات وكان مهتم بأن كل شئ على مايرام ، لم أتواصل معه بخصوص أي مشكله صادفتني في الشقه لان كل شيء كان ممتاز وتوجد باصات تتنقل بين الأحياء لتسهيل التنقل خارج وداخل مدينتي ايضاً يوجد عدة مجمعات تسوق ومطاعم وكافيهات وحدائق تجربتي في اختيار السكن كانت موفقه وسوف أقوم بالحجز فيها في المرات القادمه☺️

The flat is perfect for extended stays—it’s quiet, clean, and beautifully designed, offering a cozy and stylish living space. It has everything you need, making it feel like home from day one. The area itself is fantastic. You have grocery stores, bakeries, a pharmacy, and fresh produce shops just a short walk away. There’s also a butchery and plenty of convenience stores nearby, ensuring that daily necessities are always within reach. One of the best things about this apartment is the peaceful and quiet environment, making it ideal for work, relaxation, or simply enjoying a stress-free stay. Ahmed has been a great host, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I would definitely love to come back again in the future, and hopefully, we’ll have the chance to meet next time. Highly recommended for long-term stays!
