Brand new apartment that was clean and perfect for a work trip. We will be back!

Space was beautiful and just like the photos. It was a lower level apartment so super convenient when carrying luggage. There were a few fruit flies and hair in the bathroom/shower, but nothing excessive that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall the space was beautiful and met our needs.

Great unit in a great location for the area. Unit is actually bigger than pictures suggest. Would definitely stay again

The place is exactly as advertised and pictured. The basics are stocked. The only thing I missed was a can opener, but not a big deal. There is a Walmart just down the road. I came to visit my son who lives close by and this was perfect for me. I will definitely be back and would recommend. Easy to find and check in was easy.

Gregory was an awesome host,even though he was on a family vacation in Mexico,he would respond to messages with in minutes if not immediately. He even called me when I asked him to in order to help me with a minor issue I was having. The accommodation where everything it said it was and a little above. Very clean and crisp, all of the amenities you could need plus. Would definitely recommend and will plan on staying again next time if available. Thanks again Gregory (and wifey for the to-go cups!) it’s the little things you know. 😁

Ellie’s apartment was extremely clean and very nicely decorated. We loved the photographs of travel locations around the world. We did not use the pool or fitness room but these amenities were close by and convenient. One evening they had a bonfire going near the pool area for residents and visitors. It seemed like a very new and safe area. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The apartment was conveniently located and just a short 10-15 min drive into the heart of Huntsville where there were more great restaurants and the beautiful Big Springs International Park. Be sure to visit the US Space and Rocket Center, Botanical Gardens, and Cathedral Caverns! Unfortunately, the Art Museum was closed for rennovations. Ellie’s apartment was a good value and felt like home away from home!

The apartment was perfect for our stay in Huntsville. We were steps away from several places to eat and a Publix was a very short drive away. Loved the welcome snacks and the convenience of having everything we needed right away without having to go to a store. It was appreciated since we unexpectedly had to check in late at night. We would definitely stay here again. Especially if our kid wants to go to Space Camp for a third year in a row.

Great place to stay! Loved how close it was to the main strip where all the restaurants are! The building was easy to find and very kept up and clean. The host was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond! We enjoyed our stay and recommend them to anyone thinking about booking this place!

Very clean, new, tastefully decorated place in a GREAT area of Madison/Huntsville with tons of restaurants and shopping. Easy to find, easy to access. We were with family all day and just slept there so can't speak to the kitchen, etc, but will say like some of the other reviews -- the bed is either a full/double bed or the *smallest* queen size bed I've ever slept in- so be aware; otherwise, would recommend for the location and space.

I think we were the first family at Ivan’s place. Everything was brand new from the mattresses, furniture, lines and towels. Ivan was kind enough to let us book for a single night as he was still preparing the home for his First scheduled guest. We felt welcome and you could tell how excited he was to have this property on the market. We slept like babies in brand new comfortable mattresses. This was the perfect location, only 8 min away from the Space and Rocket Center, where our son is attending space camp. We ate breakfast at a place called “Little Diner”, only 5 min away with good food and very friendly service.
