Farmstay holiday rentals in Madison County

This was our second stay and we will def be back. The property is beautiful and peaceful and has gorgeous porch views. The house was cozy and kitchen fully stocked.

I adored this Cabin. It was cozy and charming. Like stepping back in time. The cabin has so much character. I loved working out of the den and the bedrooms were very spacious. The property itself its peaceful and my dogs loved visiting with the cows and goats. This place is so pretty we barely left. We will definitely return and I highly recommend this cabin. I also loved the assortment of books and puzzles, and historic artifacts throughout the cabin. You will find a treasure in every corner. From all the cute china and dishes to the stained glass windows and historic paintings.

We stayed at the Summer Kitchen in June for our 24th anniversary & it was wonderful - so peaceful & relaxing. We loved the close proximity to so many things.. lunch at Wallace Station, antique shopping in Midway & Georgetown, dinner in Lexington. And then coming back to the farm for an evening walk around the pond beside the beautiful wheat fields & petting the horses.. such a lovely weekend. Thanks for sharing your home! PS - take the path behind the dairy barn & dip your toes in the creek; perfect for a hot summer day😎

It was so fun to stay above the horse barn and experience a working KY horse farm. Ron gave us a tour which was very inciteful. The view from the front porch was spectacular. Great stay for a nearby wedding.

Leslie and Al were wonderful hosts. Charming cottage. Had everything you need. Beautiful farm setting. Beautiful horses. Close to Lexington and all the Distilleries. She many wonderful things to see and do in the area. Coming back to the cottage was like coming back to your home at night. We would go back again and have already recommended this place to friends. Thank you!

Such a wonderful space to stay at. Beautiful surroundings, very peaceful. Clean space and everything you could need (plus extra!), rooms were bigger than expected and we felt very comfortable. Stunning views, we will be back!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as perfect as the first! It’s an ideal place to get away for a few days. We loved getting to hang out with the dogs and explore the property. We can’t wait to come back!

Such a wonderful stay! Honestly the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. My daughter loved the farm animals. They were the friendliest animals we’ve ever encountered. Deers filled the backyard. Chickens always greeted us. Such a scenic sight. Host was very responsive. Gifted us with farm fresh eggs and honey from the farm. We didn’t have the opportunity to take him on his offer of a tour which we are sad about. Just means we have to come back soon!

So much love and thought was put into this place! There was not a single thing that was missed, from the home being clean and inviting, having a view, animals, to even having homemade products. You can tell this is more than “easy money” for Barbara. We will absolutely be back!

We stayed here for our annual guys trip and loved every minute of it! Would recommend to any and all groups!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. Everything was in great condition and it felt very homey and comfortable. The hot tub was nice to soak in too. This cabin is close to the Natural Bridge State Park and would like to come back here again!

The house and the host both are awesome and very welcoming. We had a great , peaceful and memorable stay. The host is very very nice and extremely helpful. I highly recommend myself and others to stay at this place! 👍😀😀

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Misfit farms. Our kids had so much fun running around and feeding the goats and chickens. The fresh eggs were delicious and the sunsets on the back porch were so beautiful! We couldn’t get enough of the setting surrounded by rolling green fields and horse farms. We wish our travels would have allowed us to stay longer!

We could not have asked for a better place to welcome in my 40th birthday. The coziest getaway where every window overlooked beautiful pastures and wildflowers. The best part was all of the four legged friends to love on! If you are looking for a relaxing place in the country, this is it!

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were great. The house has so much charm. The area is very quiet and peaceful, too. I would stay again if ever in the area.

I was totally not expecting such an incredible spot to be available last second after we got rained out of Bonnaroo! Jessa was such a kind and incredible host to allow our group to stay here and show us their home oasis, with ample stories of folks that came through and all the things she wants to do with the place. Very grateful to have had the chance to spend some time here and turn around a failed getaway!

What a gem! I’ve stayed in Abbi’s Yurt and camped. Both times were amazing. The communal kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with so much great stuff, including eggs from their chickens! Can’t wait to come back! Will definitely be bringing friends and kids next time.

Another wonderful stay at the farm! We love continuing the tradition of now bringing our kids along with us to enjoy this beautiful holler. Our youngest loved saying good morning to the ducks and the chickens and playing in the creek. We utilized the community kitchen properly for the first time, and it was so wonderfully stocked and accessible! We’ll be back, I’m sure!
