We had a great time and loved staying here!!! So perfect especially if you are going to ski at Hatley Point!! Walkable distance made it SO convenient and perfect for our family ski trip!!! Host was great and responsive!!! Saving this so we can stay here again!!!

Appalachian Hideaway

Collin’s place was a beautiful, well-furnished, and well-equipped home. We had everything we needed for to cook Thanksgiving for 7 and plenty of things to do while we waited for our delicious meal, including puzzles, pool table, ping pong, a gas fireplace, and a movie room. The surrounding views were lovely and the sunset in the hot tub was a perfect way to end our last night.

The description to the house was accurate and actually looked better in person than in the photos. There was plenty of space for our family of 7 with our pups for a family Christmas vacation. The house is literally right next to the newly renovated Hatley Pointe boutique ski resort and minutes away from tubing. We did experience an unfortunate event where there was a blockage in the main plumbing line to the house that resulted in a toilet and shower downstairs overflowing. We did have to move out of downstairs for several days while the area was cleaned. Daniel did respond right away and was willing to give back a partial refund that we agreed on for the inconvenience. While the house could use some TLC (in regards to leaky pipes and mattress upgrades), it was a good value for the money, the location is unbeatable, and the communication from Daniel was 5 stars.

Great stay, we had a fantastic time. The house has everything you need. We had 10 guests and it was more than enough space. Asheville is about a 40 min drive. Great hosts as well and very flexible with everything!

We wanted a vacation away from the craziness of Charlotte and we go it. Cabin was very peaceful and more than enough space for a family of 5. We loved the huge patio and great furniture on each level of it. Eating breakfast, lunch and dinner outside with the priceless view was something else. The swinging bed and hot tub were very awesome and the arcade and pool table were great fun for the kids. All the beds were super comfy and everything was very clean. We cooked Smores every night at the fire pit which we noticed most homes don't have out there. Starlink internet was a great touch as well when we needed some internet or some music. Thanks again for the great stay.
