We came for a graduation for our daughter. She and her husband and four kids stayed with us. Deborah went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! There were graduation decorations and even bubbles for the kids to help Mom celebrate! She left little surprises all over the house for our grandkids and they were so entertained by such a well stocked home! The pool was way nicer than expected and we had so much fun in it!! You can tell Deborah takes pride in this home and in providing a memorable experience! This was actually a last minute booking because our original place was canceled and I feel it was meant to be. This was a better weekend because of where we stayed!

Absolutely perfect stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The host, Marie, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, providing helpful recommendations. Marie made Christmas truly special for our family. The communication was seamless, and check-in/out was a breeze. The location was ideal – peaceful yet close to everything we wanted to explore. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house was amazing and clean. The pool area was peaceful after a long day of work. It was conveniently located to where we were working and were able to walk back and forth. The host was responsive to any questions and requests. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This place was just what we needed for a quick trip back "home." Location was great. Nice and quiet and private. Easy access to highways, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Matt was very responsive to any and all questions. How was very clean and had everything we needed. Basement games were fun for kids as well:) We're actually coming back next month and staying at one of his other properties. We're sure we won't be disappointed!:)

Great location, all the amenities you could ask for, loved the bath tub and hot tub! Super clean and comfy! Our family loved it! It was the perfect get away after a busy day in the city!

We vacationed in many condos and homes. Mostly off an alternative site. This place was in the tops. Great neighborhood the Hills. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Would stay here again if ever in the area again.

To say this place is unique is an understatement but the place was awesome. Every square foot was accounted for in something new and neat to find. Location is great, as it’s about a 15 minute drive from any place you’d want to go, but also there’s enough to do on the grounds you don’t really have to leave if you so choose. When we visit St Louis again we will look here first!

Great stay! Very inviting and comfortable interior. Outdoor space with pool was excellent after long work days. Olivia was very responsive, understanding, and accommodating - she went above and beyond. Would love to stay again if in the area.

This was our second visit to Ray’s place and it was just as great this time. It is very conveniently located to Millstadt downtown. Ray gave precise information for check in. Was very responsive when we messaged him that we were checking out early Sunday morning. Very friendly and professional! We will return!

Nice and quiet. Clean, comfortable, relaxing. Very quick to respond to questions, usually within 10 minutes.

Wonderful fun space! Make sure to take the time to look at all the pictures, records and video tapes. John was super responsive and helpful. The place was well stocked with toiletries, towels, paper products, supplies, coffee, etc. Quick drive to the botanical gardens and interstate. Definitely worth the stay!

I will be gushing about this house to everyone for years to come. We’ve traveled quite a bit and I feel confident this is the most well thought out AirBNB we’ve stayed in. They have great amenities: nice toiletries, comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen. Forget qtips? They have them. The beds were comfy, the house was beautiful, and it was so perfect for a family of any age. They even had stools in the bathroom for little kids to reach the toilet or sink! There was great kids gear too- extra stroller, kid dishes and cutlery, kid books in the office. And the game room? So awesome! Perfect since our kid goes to bed early so we could still enjoy the evening. They provided some snacks, oatmeal, and a few other good staples so we could eat breakfast at the house. Great whole bean coffee, too! There is charm in every corner of this beautifully restored home! We’ll definitely go back when we go back to STL.

Susan is a wonderful hostess and very accommodating. Her house is lovely and close to the sights in Alton. We also enjoyed her big backyard, which is fenced in and has beautiful landscaping. Do note there is no WiFi, but this was not an issue for us. We were entertained with the games and DVD collection the house came with. We hope to visit again!

Bryan & Rachel have the perfect place for my family of 4. When traveling I prefer my kids to share a room but they refuse to share a bed. So the 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds was perfect! The master bedroom has the most comfortable bed ive ever had in any other airb&b! Plenty of exta blakents and pillows to keep everyone comfortable! Also during our stay there was a possibility of tornados. They reached out right away providing us with additional codes to access the basement even though the space isn't for guest. They went above and beyond thinking of my families safety during this time! I would (and already have) suggested this place to my friends and family. If we are ever back in the area we will for sure rent this space again!

Nice place, we enjoyed our stay! The house Is like the pictures. Also, a good neighborhood, we did not experience any Issues. My only suggestion Is for the house to be more stocked with essentials (mainly toilet paper & paper towels) only one roll of each was provided. Other than that, great place!

I had a great time! The house was welcoming, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. i mean EVERYTHING. It’s just like the photos. The neighborhood was quiet, which added to the overall experience. The host is very nice and great with communication. Check-in was super simple. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay.

Great stay at Caylan's place. House had street parking right out front and was nearby to plenty of restaurants. Worked perfect for our group of 3. Would stay again!

The space was beautifully decorated and gave a peaceful vibe throughout. I appreciate the quick response from Aaron whenever I had a question. I definitely want to stay here again!

the place was very clean and secluded. could barely hear any noise from the city. had a slight issue with the wi-fi but the outlets just needed to be reset.

Lisa is great. The home is beautiful, clean, it felt so relaxing. We loved to walk around the little pond, just beautiful . Neighborhood is very friendly and peaceful. Made for a very relaxing trip. Lisa thank you so much. We had 4 kiddos with us- so the park just across the tree lined street was such a benefit. We would love to rebook every time we come back to the area.

Daniel was extremely responsive and helpful, we had asked to only park in front of the AirBnB temporarily before our check-in so we could keep in schedule with our planned trip and he had offered to clean up the house as soon as the previous guests left and let us check in early as well in the process so we could put our stuff inside as well. It was really appreciated, the place was extremely beautiful and looked even better than the photos. The whole experience makes us want to return to St. Louis just to stay there again. I highly recommend to everyone looking at this listing and reading this review to take this as a sign to go for this place, you will not regret it.

Beautiful restoration of a historic building! It was cozy and well-appointed, but uncluttered. Location was perfect for our needs (exploring the area for a possible relocation from another state). In a historic home, there aren’t as many power outlets as some newer home but the host(s) has strategically placed extension cords in a few locations which was really handy (eg. plugging in cell phone chargers by the bed). Great place, great host, great location, and great experience. Highly recommended!

Very cozy home, super clean, just like the pictures but better. My son had so much fun on the pedal boat fishing. Having a place out front for our dog was accommodating and let us relax as well. She has everything you could possibly “what if” need for your stay, we will definitely be keeping this ace in our back pocket when we are passing through again!
