It was an amazing experience, certainly the most interesting space I've stayed for years hosting through the platform, within a predefined price range. It is a small 2-story apartment at the top of a medieval tower, but all renovated, very well cared for and full in comfort. It was fantastic to see the stars through the ceiling windows and the landscape by the sides. Indescritível… I strongly recommend, don't miss it if you have the opportunity.

When we arrived, we were immediately hosted by the host and felt at home. Everything as described in the listing, we used the apartment mainly as a support for the night, but we had a very good time. Clean, spacious, very clear rules, and high-level courtesy. Everything is perfect!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this apartment for our short trip to Umbria. With the fantastic hosts Paola and Romeo, we felt welcomed as two old friends, they are very kind people and gave us great advice on the most beautiful places to visit in the area! The apartment is very clean and has a strategic location: it is 5 minutes by car from the center of Spoleto but is in a very quiet and peaceful area. The large garden was much appreciated by our dog! 🐶

Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had told her about at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk and fruit juice. In the kitchen, there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, rusks, and various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, affable and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, fragrant towels, shampoo, bubble bath, hair dryer of decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and bed linen of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very practical: parking directly in front of the entrance. Outside, you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun - ideal for relaxing. The warmth of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal for discovering Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again - my time there was so beautiful. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this accommodation, even for longer stays. Thank you very much, dear Laura!

From Silvio and Marialuisa you feel at home, we and our four-piece friend have lived magnificent moments with them. Especially our German shepherd, Ken who was able to play in their courtyard with their grandchildren Roberto and Manuel. We found two friends that we will always bring to our hearts. Thank you for everything they shared with us. They were more than hospitable and the harmony we breathed from them was immeasurable. If we go back to Umbria, we will definitely stay with them. The location of this apartment was a nice surprise since we thought we were going to be in the town of Spoleto (an error on the Airbnb website) but instead we stayed in an apartment within a historic building where we had spectacular views of the Umbrian countryside. The apartment was rustic and cozy, the views from the balcony were fantastic and the village was so quiet and serene. A nice bonus (even during the chilly autumn months) was having access to the jacuzzi located in the garden overlooking the valley. The welcome snack basket was a nice touch we certainly appreciated. The kitchen was fairly well equipped with a microwave, moka coffee maker and stove but there is no oven. There is a laundry room in the building which is accessible to guests. The house may not be suitable for people with limited mobility as there are a few flights of stairs to climb to get inside the unit and also to access the bedroom which is on a level above the living space (a loft like configuration).
