Da qui infatti si possono raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti i principali monumenti: Duomo, Rocca Albornoziana e Museo del Ducato, Ponte delle Torri. L' alloggio è adatto a coppie e solitari.

La Dimora di Gilda è una moderna dependance composta da un saloncino con camino e divano letto matrimoniale, angolo cottura, una camera da letto (anch'essa matrimoniale) ed un bagno privato. La Dimora si trova all'interno di un giardino di un antico Casaletto in pietra ('700), immersa nella campagna umbra con ulivi e piante da frutta a soli 2,5 Km dal centro di Spoleto ('5 di auto). In caso non si disponga di mezzo proprio sono disponibile ad un servizio navetta.

We are located in the green heart of Umbria in an area completely surrounded by greenery, quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, Spoleto is only 5 minutes by car, Assisi 45 minutes, Perugia 1 hour, in our area you can find groceries,bar, pharmacy, distributor, shops, we offer a double room plus another room with a single bed for a total of 3 beds with a kitchen, four-legged friends are welcome.

Cozy and bright apartment nestled in the Umbrian countryside, on a hill that is part of the green areas around Spoleto, with a view that embraces the valley and the city, just 4 km from the center. Set in a quiet residential area with private parking, the apartment is conveniently located to reach the center of Spoleto by car (5 minutes) and the wonderful Fonti del Clitunno (15 minutes). An excellent base for exploring Umbria and its beauties!

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
