La Regidora is a former quintería or country house, located on the Ruta del Quijote, between Alcázar de San Juan and Argamasilla de Alba. The house is a renovated old mansion from the early 20th century with a single floor that retains the flavor of the original construction. It has 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a guest toilet, and spacious common areas. It is located on a 6,000 m² site.
