Loved the place. AC worked great and the kitchen fan was perfect. beds were comfy enough for some solid sleep and we had a great couple of days there. would love to co.e back.

My main issue of the overall condition of Unit and of Kandi Condos. Near the end of stay there were issues with the AC and the Roof leaking in two areas. Jay responded quickly and the AC issue was resolved but the unit is definitely showing its age and so was the gym on the roof. Most if the equipment was quite old

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

Location is good, near Clark and Friendship hiway where a lot of restaurants are located. The place is clean and bery near the gate. The pool is dirty though, I gues because there's a lot of construction going on and it's a community pool. Overall we had a great stay. Thank you!

I like the house—it feels luxurious. The neighborhood feels very safe. I also like how the utensils are complete. The Air-conditioning is great. I’d love to go back there if I get the chance.

Despite the rainy weather, our stay at Casa Monte Lubao was perfect. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. The kids had a blast in the pool, while the adults enjoyed some friendly competition over billiards. We all had a restful sleep—the beds were incredibly comfortable. Also, the towels smelled amazing! The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals and enjoy home-cooked food together. Special thanks to Emman, the super accommodating host, who even dropped by to say hi and check if we needed anything—his warm gesture truly topped off our great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable home with good furniture and comfortable beds. Quiet and secure. We would definitely recommend Jannet’s place and will look to stay there again if we’re back this way.

We stayed at this property in Mabalacat and had a really great experience. The house itself was very clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The garden and overall setup were ideal, especially since we were traveling with dogs. The subdivision is quiet and green, with only a few houses—perfect for peaceful morning walks. I felt completely safe, thanks to attentive security guards, and there were no stray dogs around. The location is excellent if you have a car. While it’s not walkable to stores, it offers the best of both worlds: very quiet and green surroundings, yet quick access by car to both the NLEX expressway and the main MacArthur Highway. Within minutes, you’re in Angeles City with access to shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. Communication with Mark, the host, was excellent—he always responded quickly and clearly. The key handover was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended, especially for pet owners.

Love the honesty store! Really helped out when we didn’t feel like going out but wanted sodas and snacks. It’s a great place for long term stay that is cozy and chill. I appreciate the aesthetics of the place and the access to streaming services. It’s defo one of the nicest designs in the subdivision. Devine was very accommodating too! Just to set your expectations if you have a car, parking is a hassle for everyone in that neighborhood. Devine’s place is conveniently located near the basketball court where there’s more parking space but when it’s rainy, that’s another thing to deal with. No problem if you have a motorcycle though. Will definitely stay here again!

Jet’s place was spacious, clean, and cozy. The decor was aesthetically pleasing and was well-stocked with supplies such as water, kitchen equipment, and toiletries. Jeretth was also very responsive, especially with our queries about the Netflix log-in details and the extra bed we requested. We had a bit of trouble opening the smart lock at first, but that was more us being unfamiliar with it 😅. We’ll definitely choose this place again given the chance to travel to the area again. Location-wise, it’s in a great spot—with a quiet neighborhood perfect for a relaxing retreat. The host was also incredibly friendly, and easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend the place to my friends and colleagues.

Ming’s place was perfect for our barkada reunion. Amenities for table tennis, karaoke and billiards are available. The front is also spacey and good for midnight kwentuhan. The host also responds promptly whenever you have concerns. Will definitely come back to this place again.

We attended the Aurora Music Festival on the second day, which was amazing, followed by a fun visit to Aqua Planet, a great water park with something for everyone. We also checked out Sandbox in Porac, an exciting adventure park with thrilling activities. This homestay provided a peaceful retreat after our busy days, making it a perfect base for our Pampanga trip. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a relaxing stay with easy access to nearby attractions.

This was our third time booking Miss Mary and Sir Asif’s home and just like before, it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, you’re wrapped in that rare kind of comfort that truly feels like home. The quality of rest here is unmatched, peaceful, quiet, and top-tier sleep every single night. Tucked inside one of the most secure and private subdivisions in Angeles, this place is perfect if you value safety and privacy. While the pool was under renovation during our stay, Miss Mary was quick to assist and kindly recommended a nearby pool restaurant just outside the village,problem solved in minutes! The location is also unbeatable. Everything you need (and even things you didn’t think you would is just within reach, or already thoughtfully provided by the hosts. The free snacks and the Nespresso coffee setup were such a generous touch and made us feel all the more welcome. Maraming maraming salamat po. We will always, always come back to this place we now fondly call 2nd home. ?

very nice place to stay in esp if you have pets, the house is very pet friendly, i love that they have a big garage that my dogs can be off leashed to play. the living room has an AC which is wonderful esp for my dogs. Lots of place to get food nearby. Very accesible to the events place of the dogshow we went to. Neil was very responsive and helpful to all my querries. will definitely book his place again.
