A group of us stayed at Mario's house while we were in Alvor for a wedding. We were all delighted by the house, it's beautiful, peaceful yet so close to restaurants etc. Mario is great to communicate with and gave great recommendations for the town . thank you so much Mario

i am very glad that i choose wendy’s flat to stay. house is totally 4 floors including beautiful terrace( also has inside terrace it was surprising) and has everything you need. the flat is not an ordinary rental flat, it has a soul in every part of it. Kalkara is a very good option to stay because not so crowded with tourists, but its just in front of the sea and very close to other famous places like valetta. five star vacation thanks wendy:)

We were lucky enough to meet Ioanna who was so sweet and walked us through the space to point out everything. She even kept our bags at her shop below when we were leaving so we could spend the day walking around before our ferry back to Athens. We were right in the city center by all of the shopping & restaurants. The place was more beautiful than the pictures, we had an amazing time there. I would definitely go back! Thank you Ioanna!

Gianni's townhouse is in a great location - close to lots of beaches on the West coast (definitely recommend Kedrodasos). The village is very quiet, with a local shop selling pastries, espresso and other convenient items. Furthermore, there are some great trails for walking and running nearby. Would also recommend Krystalia cafe in the nearby village. If like me you were unsure on staying by the coast or mountains, I would fully recommend the latter (and Gianni's place is the best location for it!)

Our stay at Bernado's place was excellent. The property is easily accessible and centrally located between Airport and Funchal for all visits and activities on the eastern half of the island. Particularly noteworthy is the great, spacious roof terrace with beautiful views. We had breakfast here every day and spent a lot of time. The location is quiet with private parking on the premises. Good shopping and restaurants are close, but not within walking distance. We highly recommend this place!

Naomi and Bensalem’s place is great. It is clean, spacious and right in the middle of the old town. It spans across 2 floors plus a spectacular rooftop that has prime views over the city. It is perfect for small groups. The owners live overseas but have a friend, Hamid, who manages the property for them. We’ve had no difficulty checking in. Hamid, has been effective, kind and easy to deal with. As well, Naomi is extremely responsive. Save for a couple very minor wrinkles (toiletries were not refilled and a very loud fan as an alternative to AC), we loved our stay in Naomi and Bensalem’s home and would recommend it to anyone. There is a nearby indoor parking for 50 DH/day which closes at night. Make sure to travel lighter, this place is on a hill and is only accessible by foot.

It’s lovely to stay in a Airbnb where you don’t fall over each other. Jennifer’s place has plenty of room to move around and the two toilets are a bonus. The beds were comfortable and everything that we needed was available. Perfect location for walking everywhere in Faro. Jennifer is a great host.

We highly recommend Stuart's home. He did a great job of communicating information about the house in the listing so we knew what to expect. It's true the steps to the roof are steep, but the railing and extra hand rail were excellent, so very safe. What did we like? Stuart checked in with us from arrival to departure, a very walkable location, quiet street, a little table in the back light filled laundry area, a good table in the kitchen for working, skylights in the living room (I kept looking for the light switch), all the vaulted ceilings, and the quirky and fun decor. Additional recommendation if looking for a really good, vegetarian friendly place, just a 3 minute walk away: Figo de Pita

Our June 2025 stay in Costa Adeje was absolutely brilliant, largely thanks to Alessandro and the perfectly peaceful and quiet private villa he provided. It was exactly the serene escape we hoped for; Alessandro was an exceptional host, ensuring our comfort from arrival. The villa itself was an immaculate, well-appointed haven, offering complete privacy and tranquility that allowed us to truly unwind. For anyone seeking a genuinely relaxing and quiet getaway in Costa Adeje, we wholeheartedly recommend Alessandro and his beautiful villa.

Rachid’s place is a beautiful calm oasis in the heart of the Medina. Fantastic interior design touches and lush planting frame a heated plunge pool on the ground floor where you can relax over a cold drink with the sounds of running water and bird song. We ate on the rooftop terrace some evenings - there is a handy kitchenette up there with a sink and fridge and sun loungers. The showers have good pressure and the beds are super comfy. Do not hesitate to book this excellent place. You won’t regret it. Thanks also to host Mohammed for meeting and orientating us when we arrived and arranging transport to the airport when we left. Owen was a super host with great communication, he’s very helpful and quick to respond. He left us a Maltese breakfast of sourdough, fresh tomato, olive oil, and Maltese salt! Delicious, thank you! His apartment is really characterful. There are steps to both the first and second floors (to the roof terrace) so consider this if you’re not very mobile or have toddlers. Beautiful quaint area of the town which is not touristy and has shops just a few minutes walk away. We chose to use Uber and Bolt taxis to get around but there are bus stops a short walk away. The apartment is handy for Valetta (where we took the ferry to Gozo for a fun day trip) and to the fishing villages to the south of Malta where the restaurants serve delicious fresh fish! I recommend Owen’s place as an excellent base!

Beautiful ryad, beyond our expectations. Very well located, in a quiet street about ten minutes' walk from the entrance to the medina. Each room has its own bathroom and comfort and the pool is clearly a plus for hot days. Hosts are responsive and instructions received are very clear for check-in. We are greeted by Abdou who will remain available throughout the stay for any request, breakfast and prepared dishes are delicious. I highly recommend it to enjoy your Moroccan stay with complete peace of mind!

No matter what I write here, it wouldn't be enough. You have to experience it yourself. We were very satisfied, had a super relaxed time and really felt at home. Highly recommend. We'll be back for sure!

Lucile’s home was the perfect location for our first night in Tangier. We felt safe and comfortable and the townhouse was clean. The rooftop space provided us with stellar views of the city and coastline. Lucile was a gracious host and provided quick responses.

What an incredibly unique experience to be able to stay in the Citadel! It was so quiet and peaceful in the late afternoon and evenings. We hung out so much at the terrace / balcony as the views were just so serene. Definitely worth getting more bean bags / cosy seating for this area! So central and easy to get everywhere, by foot and car. The parking is so accessible too! Jay and his team were so helpful and responsive (even when we managed to lock ourselves out!) They had everything and more in the accommodation, exactly what we wanted and needed for a long weekend break. Cannot wait to come back!

It was a lovely stay and beautiful home. Joseph was very responsive and helpful! The square is nice, walkable, and has good places to eat. Gozo is lovely, quiet, and calm.

Wonderful place. Location is great, parking is free and right infront. Views from the place are just one time. Happy we booked and stayed for a week. We had to book for even more!!

Amazing place, great hosts, fantastic location. Hosts super responsive and friendly. The beach was super close and great for swimming. Lively and fun during the day and peaceful at night. Quick taxi to loads more restaurants and bars. 1000% recommended.

Beautiful place and amazing location. The rooftop terrace was a great place to relax in privacy. The place is easily walkable to the main attractions and local grocery shops and places to eat. I would just advise that there are building works going on next door to the Airbnb which started early hours so if you want a lie in that wouldn’t be possible currently. Blanca was really helpful with local recommendations and also gave us a late checkout. Response times could have been quicker though.
