Holiday rentals with beach access in Magnetic Island

Such a wonderful spot in simply the best location. Susan was a great host and everything was better than we could have imagined. Great location opposite the beach and walking distance to pub (with pool for the kids!) and bus stop. The place is very well appointed and has everything you need. Can’t wait to visit again.

Unit was perfect felt like a little home away from home, beautiful views home equipped with everything needed to cook and wash etc.. beds were super comfy and the lovely and very thoughtful bread & milk gesture was just too kind. we will definitely be trying to stay there for our upcoming Townsville trips.

Steve and Bettina’s place was a fantastic location for our 5 day stay. The apartment is as described - clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is a great location to restaurants and the Strand as well as nice and quiet! Steve and Bettina were always approachable and responsive with our questions. We had a wonderful stay at Andy’s place, the pictures really don’t do it justice! It’s slightly set back from the street and in a gated complex so it feels very safe. All the conveniences of a full laundry and kitchen made our stay very relaxing and easy. Having a dedicated car space right near the unit was great for our holiday and the 2 bedroom layout perfect for our family. Nice and quiet, yet still in the middle of it all - would definitely stay here again and recommend this unit to all. Don’t hesitate to book this one 🌴

The unit was very clean and had everything we needed, great location with everything in walking distance, including a beautiful beach. Alex was very friendly and extremely helpful with everything.

great stay for a big group of people, might be complicated with different groups if all have children due to outside rooms, however, for us was perfect. lots of thoughtfulness in equipping the house with utensils, books, beach toys, kitchen items. you definetly have enough for family get together. We comfortably slept 10.

We loved Richard’s beautiful home. The space has been thoughtfully designed and is beautiful and practical, with the two pavilions offering space and privacy. Beautifully clean and in such a handy location to town. Everything about this has the wow factor. We loved the pool, the indoor-outdoor aspects of the decks hallway. Thank you for hosting us. Highly recommended!

We Stayed at Cape Escape for almost a week and how I wish we could stay longer. Very peacefull and relaxing. neighbourhood and just across the beach. The Property is very spacious, rooms are big with comfortable beds. Surely we'll book this listing again if we're in Townsville.

My husband & I have stayed on Magnetic Island many times & always love it -Eleanor’s beautiful home was new to us. So peaceful sitting on one of several balconies watching/listening to teeming wildlife in the surrounding National Park. The house itself is fabulous with a lovely ambience. Having had a minor accident (not in the house!) I needed to rest an ankle for a couple of days - being in such a lovely situation holiday was not spoiled as it was a pleasure to just chill out in the house. Eleanor was a perfect host and I wish to thank her for letting us stay at Samsara.

A great location for exploring Picnic Bay and the rest of the island! Thank you for allowing our pet to join us for a long weekend. It’s hard to find a spot on the island that will accept pets but is also conveniently located close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

We loved our stay at Cockle Bay beach house! The location and view was incredible, you walk off the front deck and step onto the beach. The bay was private and secluded, with the occasional person walking the beach or bringing in their tinny. Rachael had the place decorated beautifully, it leaned into the coastal aesthetic and included everything you could need during your stay (beach towels, bug spray + amenities). Rachael was responsive, communicative and provided all the information you could need for a great stay. The house may be a little difficult to find if you’re not familiar with Magnetic Island (Cockle Bay isn’t well signposted, especially at night) and there’s a few decent pot holes on the road into the bay so driving slow is a must. All in all we loved our private beachside stay-cay and would definitely stay again for another nature-immersed relaxation experience 🏝️🌊

Wonderful and Quiet. It was actually what we were looking for. Wheelchair friendly and big enough for other family members could visit with my dad from the mainland. It was clean and had a wonderful deck to have breakfast on with the wildlife visiting. Short walk to beach and easy access to island bus service.
