La pièce maitresse de la maison est la pièce de vie de 80 m² (Cuisine/Salon/ Billard/Wc). La maison compte 5 chambres à l'étage avec chacune un lit 160x200 et un lit 90x200-Deux sont équipées de salle de douche. La terrasse est équipée de tables et chaises pour 15 personnes, et de planchas à gaz. La piscine chauffée est ouverte toute l'année et couverte d'octobre à mai.
