Fixer Upper Producers House : Matsumoto Farm

Stay at the Producer of FIXER UPPERS home built for the finale of season 4. A 20 minute drive to Waco it’s the perfect retreat. This home is family friendly and ideal for entertaining family and friends. It has a beautiful open concept kitchen with plenty of cooking essentials, 2 full baths with a rain shower in the master, original bunk beds seen on TV, huge yard great for kids complete with play structure, basketball court and a small gym. Includes pack and plays and high chairs for families.

Nested on a bluff overlooking the lake, Blue Vista is a cheerful house with a relaxed personality. Enjoy the amazing view, fully-stocked kitchen, oversized jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor dining. Work remotely, go fishing, and finish each day watching the sunset from the ambient-lit hot tub. Blue Vista is a quiet retreat in a peaceful setting. With that in mind, we can not accommodate requests for those intending to host loud parties or crowds. Pet fee of $100 per booking. Dogs only please.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Just minutes away from all the Waco area attractions, at Woodway, Texas. Newly upgraded shower and floors. Featuring an open space with a queen size bed, a full size futon, and a cute nook with a twin bed. Kitchen includes a microwave, toaster oven, two cooktop burners, and instant pot. A full size refrigerator/freezer completes this home-away-from-home space. Amenities include free Internet access/WiFi, an outdoor grill and a picnic table.

Take a break and unwind at our peaceful oasis. Though we're just one mile out of McGregor and 20 miles from downtown Waco, you will feel like you've gotten away from it all. We have 23 lovely acres with a spring-fed creek, a quarry pond, and lots of friendly animals to talk to. Your apartment was built in 2017 and set apart from the main house. We are here if you need anything at all. ** The pool is closed until about the first of April. I’ll remove this note when it’s open again.
