With amazing views and the Taste Tasman cycle trail at the end of the road this is the perfect retreat to get away from it all. We're lucky to be surrounded by farmland, countryside, mountains, sea, National Parks, fresh air and birdsong. Just a short 10 minute drive from the popular village of Mapua and 10 minutes from Motueka this artistic, modern, roomy and stylish studio is a perfect getaway. The Studio is located at the rear of our home property, down a private drive, with ample parking.

Wendels Acre is a rural property, our house and grounds is an acre of garden & 4 acres of land, running sheep. The studio has sea views and it's own private garden. The location is close to Mapua Village, Rabbit Island, Motueka, Great taste cycle trail (Nelson to Kaiteriteri), Kaiteriteri Mountain bike park, & Abel Tasman National Park. We have enhanced the plantings to encourage native birds which is a quiet, relaxing & tranquil area. We are a retired couple looking forward to hosting you.

The ever popular Mapua wharf is only 150m down the road - restaurants, cafes, brewery, shopping and more.

Visit our working lifestyle property. There are spectacular sea and mountain views, friendly Valais Blacknose sheep & Belted Galloway cows & calves. Ranch slider opens onto a small deck where you can sit on the park bench or eat at the large table enjoying the view or watching the animals. Centrally located to the wineries and NZ oldest pub - The Moutere Inn. A great starting or relaxing way to finish the Abel Tasman in the Kahurangi National Park. Enjoy one complimentary breakfast supplied

Harakeke Hill, near Motueka

Modern off-grid accommodation. Our power comes from panels powered by the sun. We have a back-up generator which runs if the batteries have had their power used. Wi-fi + the internet are easily accessible. We have solar heated hot water and we run all the usual household appliances. Two bedrooms: each with a king bed which can be split into two singles. *Please state which bed arrangement you will be needing* EV or PLUG IN HYBRIDS: it is not possible to charge these vehicles overnight.

Ruby View Beachfront

Ruby View is a ground floor apartment of our home. The perfect place to relax and unwind and listen to the waves. You can walk along the beach to the village of Mapua to cafes and restaurants. The Great Taste Trail cycle-way passes by the door. Ruby Bay is situated halfway between Richmond and Motueka. Marahau, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park is 35km and 30 min to Nelson. Many beaches and wineries are nearby. Dog-friendly guests recommended as our dog lives on-site.

The old, sharing with the new, an old weathered leather chair alongside beautiful contemporary lamps. The woodfire, there is something about a fire that warms your body and your soul, a heat pump, too. Beautiful native timber floors. Quality linen, 100% organic cotton sheets. The House: on a peninsular, close to the wharf, this haven is close to restaurants, cafes, galleries, fish and chips too. Central to Abel Tasman National Park cycle trails, wineries, art galleries.

Applegirth - Peaceful Retreat near Mapua

A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

Karaka at The Apple Pickers' Cottages

Karaka is a 2 bedroom cottage with decks and a verandah with wonderful views of the Waimea Inlet and mountains beyond. The outdoor bath, hammock, weber barbecue, brazier and outdoor furniture set in a beautiful natural landscape are perfect for a relaxing holiday. The sunroom/second bedroom is an extension of the living area. It converts to the second bedroom with 2 divans that can be made up as either a king size bed or 2 single beds. Children 12+

Heaphy Vineyard cottage

A charming house set on Heaphy vineyards in the heart of Upper Moutere. It is a well appointed home with two bedrooms, the master has an ensuite. A open fire for colder nights and a bathtub that opens onto the patio. Set on beautiful grounds with two outdoor eating areas and a gorgeous sunroom. You will be located on our vineyard. Stroll across to our cellar door and taste a wide variety of Heaphy wines and enjoy a meal at North eatery.
