Lovely apartment in the old Bremen house - cleaned to standard

My apartment in the Geteviertel is 125 sqm over 2 floors on the raised ground floor and basement of a typical old Bremen house. The guest bedroom (1.60 m bed) is located in the quiet basement to the garden with a small terrace. There is also a shower room here. In the upper area are a living room with TV, kitchen and dining room (also with TV) with an upper terrace to the garden with old trees. The guest toilet can be used. Bakery, bus and train station (8 min. to the main station) are 300 m away.

A place to relax! Our multi-story single apartment with a separate entrance offers a lot of privacy. It is perfect for two adults. A comfortable king-size bed ensures a good night's sleep. On the ground floor there is a shower room and the wardrobe. The bright living/sleeping room on the upper floor invites you to linger. Another small staircase leads you to the separate, fully equipped kitchen. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions can be used on the TV.

The separate apartment in the attic of our old Bremen house is an 8-minute walk from tram lines 2, 3 and 10 (the city center and the train station are thus approx. 17 minutes away.) with free parking outside the door. Within walking distance: shopping center (Hansa-Carré), restaurants, Weser, Weser barrage & nature reserve. Since we also live in an apartment in the house, we are happy to give tips on activities and sights in Bremen at any time.

Our high-quality basement apartment is located in a quiet side street in the popular Habenhausen district. From here you are in the local recreation area Weserdeich in no time. Bremer City can be reached by bike in about 25 minutes. Commuters can reach the Arsten highway feeder by car in about 8 minutes. Shopping, doctors + pharmacies are within walking distance. 2 bakeries nearby (approx. 5-minute walk) offer breakfast 7 days a week.

I rent my approx. 115 sqm three-room apartment for two to four people on an equestrian facility in Bremen. The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a living room, a kitchen, a storage room and two bathrooms. Linens and towels are provided. Nearby are the Mahndorf swimming lake (1.5 km), train station (950 m), bus stop (50 m), highway feeder (3 km) as well as various shopping facilities.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street, with free parking. In the immediate vicinity there is a small shopping center (Hansa Carre) and the Weserwehr/Weser.
