Holiday rentals with a patio in Maida Vale

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beautiful property in the Queen’s Park/Kensal Rise area. The spacious layout was perfect for our large family, and the stylish decor made it feel like a home away from home. One of the real highlights was the balcony terrace — absolutely perfect for enjoying the sunny London days! The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking, which was great for family meals, but we also appreciated the fantastic variety of nearby options for takeaway or dining out — from breakfast through to dinner. Having a supermarket close by made things even more convenient. The location was ideal, with both Kensal Rise and Queen’s Park stations just a short walk away, giving us easy access into central London. Overall, our stay was fantastic. Harvey and Joe were both fabulous hosts — helpful, responsive, and welcoming. We’d happily return!

Amazing stay right next to Wembley stadium! Needed somewhere close by to watch the Championship Play Off final! Walking distance from lots of food spots, Wembley outlet shops & more

Camilla was a lovely host, very accommodating and helpful . We had a v late check in and she was kind enough to accommodate us and help us. She also provided some milk and left us some coffee and bathroom essentials. Would definitely return if I was ever around London

We had an amazing stay at this place. The place is well connected to all of London because of its location. The place was very clean and matched the photos. Rich was very responsive and made sure we did not face any inconvenience. Would highly recommend to couples or small groups of upto 2 travellers. The location is unmatched with Hyde park being 3 minutes away. Will definitely book again.

3 nights spent in this friendly little accommodation. Very clean accommodation with everything you need (especially kitchen area)! The beds are good. Small downside about the small bathroom. Quiet neighborhood. Metro station (Jubilee line) nearby and it's easy to get to central London = 20/25 minutes for example to go to Westminster stop (Big Ben). It's really very easy! Restaurants nearby (including a good Italian). Good value in my opinion. Allan is charming and has always been responsive to our questions. We could come back without hesitation!

The location was perfect, close to all the sights yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful. The host was incredibly flexible and worked with us to accommodate a special request, responding quickly and making sure we had everything we needed. Very close to Kensington park, good location. It’s very convenient, that we can cook dinner by ourselves. We totally stay 6 days, enjoy our trip!

Travelled down as family of 12 for London Marathon weekend. The place was everything we wanted and more. It really has a ‘home from home’ feel and you immediately felt comfortable due to the numerous little touches the hosts have gone to. We stayed 3 nights and could have stayed longer…. Only minor feedback is the stairs to top floor is little difficult for the older members or those struggling after long run!! 🥵😂 When we are next this way, we will definitely look to book again. This home is absolutely gorgeous, and it was such a treat to stay here during our trip to London. My family enjoyed the neighborhood setting, which made for a quieter area to retreat to after days filled with sightseeing. It was easy to get to and from anywhere we wanted to go using the tube, and it was especially convenient for watching tennis at the Queen’s Club. I would highly recommend!

If you’re thinking about booking this stay, just do it! Sara and Ramin are incredible hosts, they were kind enough to let me drop my suitcase off early before k checked in which really meant a lot to me. The neighborhood is STUNNING. Quiet, clean, beautiful gardens and roses, safe and gated, and a 10 minute walk to the train station and another 10 minute walk to local cafes, stores, restaurants and the supermarket. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The studio is perfect for one person traveling or maybe 2 if you’re a very close couple. The sunroof makes it so that the room gets great natural light all day, you barely need to turn the lights on. The bathroom is clean and spotless, as is the kitchen and rest of the space. A heater and extra blankets provided kept me warm and cozy at night. The wifi was great and everything worked properly. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I am in London. It was so nice to have such a calm beautiful home base.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The flat was bright, cheerful, and beautifully appointed, making it a comfortable home base during our time in London. It’s very conveniently located, just a short walk to a local Sainsbury’s and the Tube, which made getting around the city incredibly easy. Despite being well-situated, the flat was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep after busy days out. A big plus was Khrystyna’s attentiveness and flexibility — she kindly allowed us to check in early after arriving on a red-eye flight, which made a huge difference in starting our trip off smoothly. Highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located spot in London!

Very comfortable space. Nicely furnished and stylish. The location is great, so close to overground, underground and many buses, just a few minutes walk. Simon was very helpful and flexible with check in and check out times and very prompt with communication. I always enjoyed going back to this pleasant comfortable space after busy days sightseeing and shopping. I slept incredibly well here I particularly noticed it was extremely quiet and peaceful.

Jam was a very good and responsive host, he received our booking last minute and accommodated our extension request. The accommodation was as described and very clean and spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at Henri’s flat in London! The flat is beautiful, homey, and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and plenty of great restaurants which made exploring made it incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Henri was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’re looking forward to booking again on our next trip to London!

Extremely comfortable apartment very well located, close to canal & numerous restaurants & bars. Short walk from Paddington & Warwick Ave stations. Justin was very responsive to our needs. Listing was accurate and we were able to accommodate 5 adults comfortably. Fully recommend

It was honestly the perfect studio. I felt so comfortable and loved how quickly the hosts responded making my stay even more enjoyable. There’s plenty of food options nearby, Co-Op is like a 2-3 min walk and the space was super clean. I highly recommend and would definitely book again. Thank you!
