Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Maine

Juliana is very kind, and goes above and beyond to help with logistical/payment issues. Our family had a sudden tragedy take place, affecting our ability to stay; Juliana was understanding and willing to assist us with recouping monetary losses. We greatly appreciated her kindness and support. For such a busy woman, she really does try to make her guests feel cared for and comfortable. We appreciate her a lot:)

I absolutely loved Deb, who was in charge of customer communications. She made us feel right at home and accommodated to all of our needs. Additionally, she was a very quick responder and made sure to answer all of our questions. I would 100% recommend booking with Deb.

I love it when a place is even better than expected!! Everything in the house is brand new. The house was impeccably clean and the owners even texted to make sure all was good. There is a beautiful lake out back with boats and a small dock. It was perfect for our family. The house had exactly what I needed with cleaning supplies, trash bags, detergent, towels, etc. It was about 25 - 50 min from everywhere we visited (Ogunquit, Kennebunkport, Portland, Old Orchard Beach, etc.). It was so nice to have a home base we looked forward to going back to in the evening. We stayed in three places during our travels in Maine over 11 days. This was definitely our favorite home.

Beautiful secluded place with amazing views. There is water access, although may be hard for some to get to, as it is steep. We had a great time and would like to come back again soon!

A beautiful, private, quiet, peaceful and comfortable spot on Deer Isle! The home had everything we needed in a perfect location. A great spot for family and we enjoyed the fire pit and beautiful views! There is also a phenomenal children’s library with 100s of children’s books, puzzles for ages 3+ to adult and games. If traveling with children no need to bring any books whatsoever!

Fabulous house with stunning view. Expect at least a 40-min ride to see bar harbor or neighboring sites. But this location is peaceful and quiet away from crowds. Well equipped kitchen for an Airbnb. Fine enough quality to make meals. The only con was the old pillows. Would be great if they would freshens them up, especially since that is an inexpensive upgrade. Overall, def recommend.

Loved it here. One of the best experiences ever of on-line travel. Host is proactive, responsive and friendly. Property is beautiful, spotlessly clean, has a lovely floor plan and is incredibly comfortable. Tucked away in the Maine Woods, the surroundings are so peaceful. The hosts have incorporated terrific outdoor spaces to further enjoy the setting. Close to everything yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Enjoy a day of touring then retreat to the quiet and calm. We already have plans to return later this summer!

Very comfortable apartment, tastefully decorated! Quiet neighborhood. Very well located for walking around the city of Saco. It lacks practically nothing, except perhaps for the kitchen (dish towels, utensils, etc.) Very good stay!

Good location. Walkable to town about 5-10mins. Home was situated at the top of a hill with excellent views. WiFi worked great for remote work. The bed was comfy, and there was lots of cooking material. I can’t wait to visit again!

I had a really great stopover in Lubec here at Quoddy Station. The space was comfortable and the surroundings beautiful.

Nice, quiet, comfortable place. A bit off the beaten path, but beautiful scenery getting there and once you arrive. We got a little lost, but once we arrived, Bill was very attentive.

My family of four and a dog had a great 3-day stay here just before new years, with lots of hiking and relaxing.

Spent a week here, really cute town not 5 minutes away by car, the location is amazing. Would definitely make this a yearly getaway. Thank you!!

What a magical place to stay on the QUIET side of the island! This was the perfect basecamp for our family to explore all that Mount Desert Island has to offer, from Cadillac Mountain sunrises (bed to summit in 30 mins), tidepools galore from the seawall to the lighthouse, and fresh Maine lobster right from the dock (thanks Uncle John). Walking distance or a short drive to Main Street and Sail Acadia Tours. You won't be disappointed, and Granny's spirit definitely lives on at her Southwest Harbor Hideaway!

To the understanding that this is a camp and not a modern up-to-date with everything newish place, it was terrific. It was roomy. We got almost everywhere. We needed to go on one road. There were birds all around which we were looking for. Access to the state park even off season was great and it was a great walk.

We were disappointed with the sleeping accommodations in this tiny condo. The Murphy bed was very uncomfortable and no support at all in the pillows. There were two beds for 5 of us, therefore our 14 year old granddaughter chose to sleep on the couch which was very uncomfortable, but in all we seemed to have a very pleasant stay as we were centered to everything which made it convenient for walking to town or Perkins Cove and Marginal Way was a short distance down the hill.

We have been staying at various places around North America and can say — without question — this was the nicest/all-around properties we have ever stayed at during our lengthy relationship. As I told the property owner, who by the way is a fabulous person, the photos of the Signal Point home don’t do it justice. The home is even more beautiful in person. We have also never been in a house as perfectly stocked with amenities in our lives. There was a ton of paper products already there for us. The linens were in abundance galore. And the gift bag for us when we arrived was an awesome touch that you don’t get everywhere. Bottom line, we have been staying in Boothbay Harbor for close to a decade during our Maine visits. And this is the best property we’ve been fortunate to land for our trip. We will be back next year and years to come before we buy our own place at Signal Point!

This condo in Ocean Towers is exactly as advertised! This was our third trip to Ogunquit and second time staying in Ocean Towers. This unit exceeded our expectations! Everything is new and fresh and very well appointed. It’s comfortable beachy feel is better than the photos! The location is very convenient and a short walk into Ogunquit, to Ogunquit Beach, and the Marginal Way. Nice pool for a dip or cocktail before dinner and beautifully maintained grounds. Bonus amenities were the king size bed, beautifully tiled bathroom/shower and the in unit washer and dryer! No complaints—this is a great condo with parking! Definitely consider it for your next Ogunquit trip! We will!
