A nice little apartment, 20 minutes walk to the beach. There are convenience stores next door and you can easily find taxis. However, a lot of wind in the evening that slams the windows and can cause difficulty sleeping. A big favorite for the view of the city from the huge terrace. Thanks so much Sonia!

This is my favorite Airbnb in Praia! Apartment has a lot of space, great furniture, location. Absolutely no complaints and Irina is very gracious in her work, she is a very down to earth intellectual that will make sure you feel right at home! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The apartment, on the fourth floor of a secured, upmarket condominium, was very spacious and light, featuring three balconies and large windows with a fantastic view onto the hills of Praia, the parliament building, the direct neighborhood, as well as the sea. The property was located approximately 100 meters off the coast, as the crow flies, a little out of town, but yet within 20 minutes' walking distance of the main shopping street of Palmarejo. We had an own lot in the basement garage for our car. The apartment was very tidy and clean upon our arrival; the kitchen well equipped; the beds comfortable. We communicated with our host exclusively in writing, at some point being asked to top up the electricity meter inside the flat. The pool on the roof-top could do with a slightly higher wind deflector. On the day of our departure, the cleaning lady was already waiting in front of the door. Overall, we did enjoy our stay very much and recommend this place without reservation!

Frankly my experience in Cape Verde could not have gone better, I really enjoyed the accommodation and the host was always there for us, we lacked nothing and at no time did we feel disturbed frankly I recommend it

We felt very comfortable with Madilu. The location is perfect and easily accessible. The apartment is lovingly and charmingly furnished. We particularly liked the open kitchen on the terrace. There are numerous restaurants nearby, the grocery stores are easily accessible and the sea is on the doorstep. Cidade Velha is a special place as well as the accommodation of Madilu. We'll be sure to recommend

My mother and I were guests at Tété and her family's house for two weeks - with an island-hopping break in between. We actually wanted to stay in the separate flat on the ground floor. But as this was not possible, we stayed in the two guest rooms in the family home. And I have to say that looking back it was a great added value. By living with Tété and her family, we learnt and experienced a lot that would otherwise have remained hidden from us. Not just the discovery of our new culinary highlight: "bissap" (hibiscus flowers) as juice and jam for breakfast (delicious!) - if you want to get close to Cabo Verde, its people and its culture, Casa Tété with all its family members is the right place for you! Tété was very attentive and helpful the whole time and shared a lot of her extensive knowledge and experience with us. She is the engine, the heart and the soul of this Airbnb! We arrived late at night. The host has arranged a transfer, as well as access to the accommodation: great! We spent a "transfer" night there and it was really nice. The bedding is hard but pleasantly comfortable! I recommend it for a night or two✨! 2 min from the airport

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the quiet stay at Dinohelders place in the hills of Santiago. The house has a very tasty interior design and we felt at home from the beginning. The garden is beautiful with all the plants and the pergola is beautiful. People living around the area are super helpful and friendly. You'll see all kinds of farm animals around the property. There are nice hiking opportunities available right from the house. Thanks again for letting us stay at this beautiful place.

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Sofia's. The house is very well located, quiet in a condominium with swimming pool. Sofia and her father gave us a very good welcome, and were always there to help us. A plus: the hearty breakfasts served on the terrace by Vany and her big smile.

Spacious, comfortable, very friendly host, willingly to go extra miles to make sure the guests feel comfortable. Amenities all within reach.
