Such a lovely spot in a great area of São Paulo. So many cute details made this place feel like a real home. Great location next to some great bars and restaurants. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Pictures will never do this place justice. This place was so beautiful and clean!! Hosts were so easy to communicate with and very responsive. Great location we walked all over the neighborhood with no issues. As with any new location keep aware of your surroundings.

The stay was great, really close to the subway, the house is well equipped, I just missed a frying pan (I don't know if there was one and I couldn't find it). José was great from the start! I saw a comment talking about cockroach babies, and in fact, they exist, but I don't think it's related to cleaning. We arrived and the house was fragrant and tidy, only the shower stall was a little dirty, but nothing that bothered us. I recommend it.

The appartment is amazing! 180° panoramic view of the city center, inspiring decor and lighting. Ideal for couples and for photo shoots. I already know where to stay when I return to SP!

Casa clean, new and very well-equipped, from appliances, as well as furniture and I highlight the differential that had sound equipment in the gourmet area, television spread throughout the house, brewery that cooled the drinks and available Wi-Fi. Vitor was very attentive and helpful, answered questions promptly and provided all necessary support for a perfect stay. Even without even asking him to send us two brand-new sun loungers and an electrician to fix the pool reflector! Super indico and I hope to have the opportunity to return soon! The total space of the property is very good. The photos are identical to the ad, location for those who want perfect tranquility and peace. Erica is responsible for the days in the house, very attentive and helpful. We received all the instructions from the region such as commerce, transportation and others from Emerson. Very good stay.

My brother was visiting us from Canada, and our plan—just my wife, our 10-year-old daughter, and me—was to get out of São Paulo for the weekend and find a peaceful place to relax. What we found was so much more. The property was instantly welcoming, beautifully located, and completely safe, with the owners living on the same lot (though in a separate house). What really sets this place apart is the owners’ flexibility: they’re happy to give you complete privacy or engage in conversation if you’re in the mood. I really appreciated that balance. Suy, in particular, was incredibly kind, and my daughter grew quite fond of her. This is a place for good people, run by good people. I’d give it six stars if I could.

I RECOMMEND IT! It couldn't have been better! Better than the pictures. The house is wonderful, they think of all the details. Mr. José and Mrs. Marlene was always available to help with whatever was needed! Extremely attentive, even on the way out, he presented us with bananas and some peppers! Kitchen and all rooms are perfect and have all the necessary items! All appliances and leisure items worked perfectly and were in order. Paved road to the location, Google Maps takes you to the exact location. A place to relax, enjoy nature and enjoy a quiet and welcoming place. Anyway, it couldn't have been better! We booked for a weekend with friends and it was sensational! House like the ad's house, clean and organized house, full kitchen and the very kind host! We love and will be back!

Our stay at Chácara da Família Batista was amazing! The space is welcoming, well cared for and perfect for gathering the family. We celebrated a birthday and everyone enjoyed it a lot - adults, children and even pets! The environment is peaceful and conducive to special moments in the midst of nature. We will definitely come back other times. I highly recommend it

1. The house has a magnificent view, a sensational infinity pool and a house with integrated sound! The place is really amazing! 2. The house does not offer pillows, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish towels, or blankets. 3. *The host demanded a 500 REAIS deposit, which, as far as I know, is not a practice encouraged by Airbnb.* However, the exact amount was returned the day after departure. 4. The host also requested a video of the house's condition for check-out, including images of the trash cans.
