Heidy’s house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. The pool and backyard were very peaceful, we spent a lot of our time out on the patio. The master king bed was super comfortable! Heidy left us some cold water in the fridge which was needed upon arrival, June is very hot in Florida! Would 100 percent recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The host provided clear and concise instructions, making the check-in process seamless. The house itself is beautiful, offering a perfect balance of privacy and comfort. Renting the entire place gave us the space we needed, and it came equipped with all the essentials. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and practical getaway!

Super nice, pictures do not do it justice. Upgrades clearly done little by little. Pool is amazing, outdoor area great, cozy yet spacious. Would book here again and again. 20 min from Camping World Stadium, 15 min from Downtown Orlando truly accurate, easy in and out from main road and highways.

Our family stayed at Marilyn’s home for a few days to relax and enjoy her pool during our kiddo’s graduation week. She was very accommodating, had clear requests and instructions, and was quick to respond to my own messages. There were zero issues with communication or amenities. Thanks for an easy trip, Marilyn!

Ahmad was an absolute wonderful host. After arriving a little early to town I asked about an early check in and he quickly responded to let me know I could go ahead and check in. The house is absolutely beautiful, peaceful and spotless. I very much appreciated all the little details and extra amenities. The washer and dryer works wonderful. The beds were clean and comfy, the showers were great. I loved all the storage space for our belongs as well. The location was great as well, literally within miles of anything you could need. The pool was also really nice and my kids very much enjoyed it. I will say they did get little scrapes on the bottom of their feet from the floor of the pool but that’s not a huge deal. So I would suggest water shoes inside the pool. All in all If I could give Ahmad 10 stars I would! I will definitely book this place again. By far my most favorite place I have ever booked so far.

Booked the house for the heated pool, backyard, open kitchen and bright dining area overlooking the backyard... we were not disappointed. The pictures definitely represent the house. The heated pool was adjusted to just the right temp; the backyard was open, spacious and private; the kitchen had updated appliances with an open floor plan and plenty of countertop space; and the bright dining area off the kitchen overlooking the backyard had large clean windows. While the house was larger than our needs in terms of occupancy, the things we wanted and enjoyed were worth the upgrade. Laura was also very responsive to any questions we asked or concerns we had.

This is our second time there We enjoyed staying there . Paul is just a phone call away and very quick respond . When we look to stay in the area the blue bungalow is the place to stay

Grear stay!!! We were extremely surprised when we walked in the door. It was exactly as the photographs. The airbnb was very clean. We did encounter a few flies in the airbnb but my son was able to get rid of them. I texted the hosts and they responded right away. They were apologetic and assured me that it had never happened before and would look into it. The very next day, they sent someone to try to figure out the problem. I believe it was because the garbage bin was next to the airbnb. Once it was moved over to the other side, we did not experience anymore flies. The airbnb was closed to Full Sail University, where my son did a one week summer program. It was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants. I was able to buy groceries and at times get them delivered. I was able to cook in there two range burner which was my number one reason for staying at an airbnb instead of a hotel. The airb had the pots, pans, and dishes. I did not rent a car and the Uber service was great.

There were four of us. we absolutely loved our stay. the house was very clean and comfortable. we loved the awesome kitchen and how roomy the whole place was. the outside porch was especially nice. waking up each morning and having our coffee out on the porch was super. there were plenty of towels and blankets. we were not far from restaurants and grocery stores. when we had a question for Richard he responded in a very timely manner. we would highly recommend this house as a clean and safe place to stay.

What a lovely home this is. Very thoughtfully done and beautiful setting. Our contact person Gabriel was very very responsive. There were three couples staying here together and there was plenty of room to enjoy visiting or alone time.

The host was incredible and attentive to every detail. From start to finish the experience was seamless. The host was responsive and accommodating and made sure we felt like home when we were staying there. The host went above and beyond for us. My friends and I really enjoyed the house it was very clean, well-organized, and overall a great place to stay. We didn’t encounter any issues, except for the lack of lighting in the backyard at night, which made it difficult to use the pool after dark. It wasn’t a major problem, but having some outdoor lights would definitely be a nice addition. Other than that, everything was perfect! The owners were very helpful and even allowed us early check-in, which we truly appreciated.

WOW! What a great place. Very picturesque. Enjoyed the lakefront, pool, private. Location is close to the Altamonte Mall and alot of retail, restaurants, etc - however, the location is tucked away and you would never know it.

Beautiful home, best part was the backyard and view , very cozy place if you want somewhere to relax and clear your mind , I’d love to reside here again , amazing host with an amazing home!

Loved the stay at this place! The instructions were clear on how to get to the parking and the large kitchen island was a great gathering spot. This house had more than enough space for what our needs were. Host was very responsive. Thank you for having us!

Personally I was sad to leave! Such a lovely location and getting to enjoy the views from the kitchen island or hanging out on the dock every day was so peaceful. The Blue Villa was an absolutely wonderful accommodation! From check in to check out, there was easy access, immediate responses to communications, peaceful neighborhood, great restaurants near by, leading to a fantastic stay. We would definitely return!

Second time at Joe’s. Among the best AirBnB’s in our extensive experience! Stocked with every little thing you might want (ie: instant read thermometer for grilling). Joe reached out to help before I even had a chance to ask about the WiFi (wife had unplugged router by accident) and opened the garage door when my kids locked themselves out. House is private and quiet and the pool area is awesome. Lot of activities within easy reach. Such an easy, comfortable stay. Thanks again Joe and crew!

We had a wonderful stay at Alec’s place! He was very communicative and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. Check-in was smooth and flexible. Really appreciated being able to check in early after a long red-eye flight. The space was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here!
