Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

This studio will be ideal for business travel. It is located 25 km from Nogent, 5 km from Romilly and 20 minutes from CNPE EDF. A commercial area with a Leclerc center, a cafeteria, Courtepaille, Mac Donald is located at the exit of the village. The bakery, pharmacy, and tobacco press are on the main street. if you prefer to visit, you will be ideally located. The studio is located halfway between the historic sites of Provins and Troyes.

L’Hospice St-Nicolas

The Hospice St-Nicolas is located in the historic heart of the city of Troyes, a short walk to the cathedral and in a unique place steeped in history. Founded by the canons of the cathedral around 1157, the Petit-St-Nicolas Hospice was the first hospital in Troyes. Since 1996, the building and its chapel have been classified as a historic monument. The Hospice St-Nicolas will seduce you with the charm and calm of its premises.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

Elegant 40 m2 accommodation with flower garden. It is located close to shops, restaurants and bars. Access by car: 5 min from the train station, 7 from the city center of Troyes, 1 min from the ring road. Public parking spaces at the foot of the villa. Check-in is self check-in. Public transport: bus 1 will take you to the city center and to McArthur. Bus 11 will take you to Marque Avenue.

In the heart of the Champagne region, you are warmly welcomed in an authentic, well-maintained 250-year-old house.
