It has 50 m2 south-facing terrace with sun loungers-provides sun all day, but also a shade. It will put you in a holiday state of mind instantly! On the right is the large separated room with inside door where is the sofa - the french bed for 2 persons , bathroom, big kitchen with eating place, loundry machine, airconditioning, sat tv, wifi, the large terrace with the perfect view to the sea, parking place .

Apartment Delight ( 48+17m2) is one of apartments in our Villa. The Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest. It is located directly at Punta Rata beach, Forbes No. 1 beach in Europe in 2004. All units have view facing Punta Rata beach and own parking. Apartment consists of one large bedroom, hall, bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony. There is one double bed and a single bed in the room. In the kitchen there is sofa bed. We have large private parking space.
