It has been important to create a different aesthetically simplified expression, where the style is minimalist in an industrial design and where the family can be united on one level. Large glass sections give you the experience of being close to nature at the same time as the view of the Adriatic Sea as well as the islands of Brac and Hvar, make the location of the house unique. The rooms of the house are all installed with climate so that it can be adapted to the individual.

Located in Mimice, 38km from Split, 12km from Omiš and 24km from Makarska. The accommodations is air conditioned. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property and private parking with video surveillance is available on site. Unit includes a terrace also feature an equipped kitchen and bed linen. The private beach is accessible by foot, only 50m by stairs, Guests enjoy the shared barbecue. We can offer sunbeds and parasols for free. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.
