Condo holiday rentals in Makati City

The condo was perfect for our stay. It had everything that we needed and it was connected to a mall if you need any shopping to do like buy groceries or getting your nail or hair done. Also it had a movie theater and alot of restaurants to eat at. If you need to exchange money they have it there too. The condo had a beautiful pool and gym. If I'm in the area I would stay there agian. Alot of bars, nightclubs, and restaurants that are walkable. I would recommend staying there.

Probably one of the best airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Every detail in their place was well thought of, from the interior design to all the amenities. Location is also really accessible if you want to go north (towards cubao/qc) or if you wanna go south (towards pasay/airport). The place was so clean and the guards were also so kind! The place also has a near convenience store/crossfit place/cafe so there’s no problem when you’re hungry. Also easy food delivery! Had the best stay here. 100000/10!!

The facility is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in the Philippines. The gym and pool are incredible reception make things very easy for packages with stunning views. AC is perfect temperature. Water is clean and the washer is convenient. I very highly recommend this place as well as Kim is an incredible host. We will be back.

The home was spotless, and the bed was SO SOFT—truly one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in! I really appreciated the thoughtful little details throughout. The pool was crystal clean, and I had it all to myself. It was a bit chilly, but still a great experience. I also checked out one of the recommended restaurants, and it did not disappoint! The location is super convenient—right in front of **7-Eleven, an ATM, and Starbucks**. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Joshua was such a friendly and accommodating host, I'm happy that I chose to stay in his airbnb. The location is phenomenal, located across the Century Mall, as well as walking distance from the Poblacion nightlife area. The building has a small gym, pool and jacuzzi, and guests staying by themselves are allowed to bring 1 visitor to those facilities, which is lovely. Above all, I was really happy with Joshua's kindness and his swift replies when chatting. I would definitely recommend the apartment.

Absolutely loved our stay! The view was stunning and set the perfect mood—peaceful, relaxing, and exactly what we needed. The place had such a good vibe. Great value for the location and the terrace is a huge plus, very homey. It’s a 6 floor walk up so just keep that in mind if you’ve got heavy luggage! Andres was super responsive whenever we had issues and was quick to resolve!

I had a great stay at Laarni’s place! Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive throughout the entire process. The home was spotless, smelled great, and had a beautiful interior design that made it feel cozy and inviting. The location was convenient and in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. The place came fully stocked with complimentary towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, everything I needed was already there. What really stood out were the entertainment features. The projector and game consoles were a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the value was excellent, and I felt I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

Raul is very accommodating and quick to respond. The views from the bedrooms are great and the condo is exactly as described. The airconditioner works really well and can cool down even the living area. Will book again.

Absolutely no issues. The place was clean and spotless. The AC was cold and the shower’s water pressure was strong. Watching TV was an awesome experience with their Govee lights and soundbar. Our pets enjoyed their stay as well. Also appreciated how proactive and responsive the hosts were. We never had to worry about anything as they made sure to give us clear instructions about everything. 10/10

Booked this place because I had meetings at our office in Makati, and the location was perfect (just a minute walk away) Super convenient, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby. We loved how pet-friendly the place and the area is. Salcedo Park is close, so it was easy to take our dog out for walks. The unit itself is big, especially compared to other places in the area. The bed was really comfy, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. Having parking in Makati was a big plus too. There was a scheduled power interruption during our stay, but Kiko and Clarisse were really helpful and let us stay at another one of their places while the power was out. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely come back!

We enjoyed our stay from June 4–6 and had a very comfortable experience overall. The unit is just a 5-minute walk from M1 Tower, which was perfect since my husband had to report for work there. Crosta Pizza is also nearby, and there are plenty of food options around SM Jazz, all within walking distance. The free parking space was also very convenient and made things much easier for us. The unit had a cozy and artistic vibe—portraits displayed throughout made it feel like we were staying in an artist’s home. The AC worked well too, which was a big plus in the summer heat. Would definitely book this place again if we need to be in Makati!

Ben and his staff .. Kathleen and Rose were easily contactable and responsive. They were exceptionally helpful. The property is on top of a small mall with a selection of fast food and restaurants very close by. It also has a lovely swimming pool which was surprisingly underused. There was a nice communal area next to the pool. With free WiFi. The WiFi in the flat was super quick. Everything was clean and the aircon was efficient. So all In all I was a very happy visitor.

This cozy room is beautiful we really like the ambiance and all. And all thanks to jeff who assisted us appreciate it.
