Patrick’s place was wonderful! The house was comfortable and cozy. The view was beautiful and serene. We enjoyed sitting in the garden each morning, drinking coffee and listening to the birds. Would definitely recommend his place and would love to stay there again!

A great house, very well equipped, the drinking water tap is a bonus, the beds are very comfortable, and Chris was helpful and responsive. Pleased to be coming back later in the year, a great find.

Applebee Guest Cottage is in a great peaceful location and is exactly as advertised. The manager and staff are welcoming and look after their guests well. Jeanine was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great stay.

Jeannine’s communication was excellent. We booked (literally) last second due to an accident we had and Jeannine took us that same evening and made sure we properly checked in and sorted. The guest house is safe and secure, and the management and staff were friendly, accomodating and laid back. The yard was a nice touch for our dog to be able to run around and release some energy after a long drive. Showers were hot and the fridge was stacked with waters for us. They even left some fruit on the table!! Extra points for the heaters and heated blankets!

The accommodation was cosy. There is a fire place which is perfect for cold weather. The host was very friendly, helpful and accommodating.
