The building is new and simple: It is a quiet villa area a little away from the Niseko ski resort area. Bedroom 1, 2 beds. The room is 1LDK and is recommended for up to 2 people. One pet is allowed (pet fee 2000 yen.Only potty trained children allowed) You can check in and check out by self check-in. It is a quiet residential area on the outskirts of town.It is definitely a place where you need a car to go shopping and restaurants. 20 minutes drive to each ski resort in Niseko. Rusutsu Resort Ski Resort is 30 minutes away by car. 5-minute drive to Niseko View Plaza (Roadside Station). If you go outside and take a short walk around the neighborhood, you can see Mt. Yotei and the ski slopes in the distance on sunny days. * Accommodation tax has been introduced in Niseko Town. The accommodation fee is "200 yen per person per night" (≧▽ ≦)

The entire building is a rental type, making it a very quiet and relaxing place with a forest in front of you. Please use it for skiing and snowboarding bases. In the summer season, you can also enjoy a barbecue. When using the barbecue corner, there is a separate fee of 1500 yen, with a stove, chairs, and a table.Please let us know when you book. In the summer season, there is also a trampoline, a slackline, etc. Summer season is from May to mid-October. There is a toilet, shower room, sink, microwave, refrigerator, gas stove, tifal, wifi, and simple cooking utensils.
